I'm dead. haven't even been in there and i can already tell they're hella unprofessional. I call in to ask a question get asked to wait on hold while they check and got hung up on and now when i call they do not answer so whoever the woman on the phone was needs to be retrained. if the owner reads this it was a woman on the job the date is 2021/07/25. really need to train your employees to understand what customer service is over the phone or in person does not matter.

it was my first time in this store and i had a very bad experience. The staff do not even have the product knowledge they sold me the hard wax which was totally wrong to what i asked. I recommend to everyone to find another store and avoid this store

Clore gets a 1 star review from me because the information they provide is not consistent. I filled a curbside pick up form online, and they responded letting me know they were missing information which meant the order could not be completed - which was totally fine. I then completed the form again and provided more information and pictures so it would be easier for them. I got an email stating: "WE ARE OPEN TO ESSENTIAL ITEMS AS YOU ORDER SO YOU CAN SHOP FOR THESE ITEMS BY YOURSELF IN-STORE." (Yes all in caps) We've been in a pandemic for over a year now... and our lockdown keeps getting extended. Shopping in store is not curbside pick up. Other stores have surpassed these expectations and have provided actual curbside pick up options. I proceeded to call head office to understand how THE curbside pick up works and they explained it to me exactly how I expected it and they advised that they would look onto the matter. I called the store and spoke to one of the staff asking the same question. They said curbside pick up is only for wigs............. everything else's is essential and you can come in and shop. No where on the website does it say that. "Only for wigs". This is a company with more than one location, where is the consistent? The only reason why it's a 2 star is because of the customer service rep I spoke to from head office. She was kind helpful and knowledgeable regarding my questions and concerns. As for the actual Brampton store.. they've got some work to do and I wouldn't give them any stars. This makes me question the safety protocols in place for me "shopping for my own items."

I went to this location to buy a nice wig piece for my mom and all I got was bad customer service. The moment I asked one of the sales associates for help she turned around and looked at me annoyed. My mother enquired about trying the wig on and the associate said as per policy we are not allowed to and it would be final sale. She was very passive aggressive and her body language was poor. Yet, there was a sign that said we can try the wigs on provided that an associate will give us a new wig cap. I asked her about the sign and she said “I already told you, you are not allowed to try on the wigs and that sign was before covid” 1. CloreBeauty, why do you have a misleading sign that was supposed to be removed 16 months ago 2. Are customers not allowed to try on wigs forever and it’s final sale? How is this beneficial to your customers? A transaction with a huge price tag should be a win-win between merchant and customer, not win-lose. You should perhaps clean and sanitize the wigs. I mentioned this to the store manager and he seemed bored when I spoke to him.

Terrible customer customer by the two young ladies. Shame on you!!! All they did was talk to each other the whole time. I wanted to see something and they refused to help me and gave me attitude!! Fire these ladies immediately! Customers be warned!

So rude ?I went to that store with my sister. I wanted to get wig and asked for trial and one of them told us to select any of three and can select then we selected and was trying the wig and they were making faces and kept telling u can try only three yes we know that why kept telling they just wanted us to leave the store they also told us to put it back by ourself the only thing we just observed that cause we are indian that’s why got irritated and made faces

SOOO RUDE! I came today (Sunday, March 6th, 2022) at 4:15 PM. They close at 5pm. I go towards the back as I wanted to get a wig for my girlfriend and needed just help to see a certain wig. When I asked the staff at the back. Only 1 of 3 decided to help me. The man with dreads was very helpful. But the other two women refused to help me at all because it is closing time. The store CLOSES AT 5PM, IT IS 4:15! Then why is the store open. Like why be rude and work in customer service. The two ladies in the wig section just kept talking the whole time to each other and when I asked for helped the claimed the were cleaning up when clearly they were not. Shame on you ladies!
