★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this store is usually on low stock and doesn't have lots of options. I always shop from this store mainly because its really close to my house, but at the same time it is well overpriced and i feel very pressured into buying things. i feel like if i go in there and not buy anything its very "weird" however going back to the fact that it is near my house, im always running out to get something for my hair. i do recommend this store but if you dont plan on buying anything or if you are looking for cheaper prices, go to another store. oh and there customer service is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience here. As a business owner customer service lacks heavily. You are pressured to purchase products and rushed making you feel uncomfortable. When told a higher different price for a product (waist trainer) than I originally thought I told him I would come back and he proceeded to tell me that we black ppl don't complain about the white mans price we pay on an everyday basis. I would never return to this store, as customer service is important to me especially from the owner of a business.

I went in and bought a waist trainer. The sales associate not once mention they can’t be exchanged . She informed me which would be my size. I have a small torso the waist trainer I have literally goes up to my chest and digs in. When I came in the next day to exchange it I was informed I can’t . I would have been better off shopping at amazon but thought I’d support a local business. Lesson learnt .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could've put half or no star. The guy there has ZERO manners. Told me 1 price for a hair then after scanning told me something else, I asked why and his response was "he didnt set the price" and hissed his teeth, he then proceeded to tell me how I broke his vybe, threw down the machine and walked away.
I've always supported black owned businesses but this lack of good customer service and professionalism has made this store lose an entire family as customers. I nor anyone I know WILL NEVER support this store, even if it's the only hair store in Brompton
