Very frustrating, spend 120$ in shampoos at Trade Secret.Tried to return back to get at least a store credit back with gently used condition, no dice. If you buy anything from this store, make sure you do your research first because you wont get your money back! Customer service is horrible; the sales rep with the long hair chewing gum was very unprofessional and rude. Seriously, buy at Sephora, you may spend a little more but less hassle, better quality and you will get your money back if you try the shampoo once and you didn’t like.

Sooo unhappy with the service here. "UNHYGIENIC" place. I went to this location a week ago for wash/blow dry ( my stylist from other place was unavailable that day) Even though I was agreed to the price given to me before the service and they asked me to pay more money at the end. Honestly, the stylist didn't seem to be experienced either....Never want to go there again.

Amazing! the services is really good! I get my eyelashes, eyebrow, threading, wax services & nails done at Trade Secrets. The lady I go to is name Allisha. Someone recommend me to her & she is seriously an Angel! My God, she is amazing. The 1st time I went to her I was so scared cause my brows were so bad, & she fixed them! I've been going to her for nearly 5 months now and all my family member go to her. Retail is really good too they are very well Educated on all the products.

Here is my honest feedback. I went here with very high expectations. Unfortunately, I was let down. 1 stars because I had called to cancel my style appointment due to time restriction. However, still accommodated me and the price. (Still 10 dollars more, than what I usually pay at my salon) First off, she washed my hair I didn't even feel like she washed it properly. So rushed. Didn't drape the towel on me at all. It never occurred to her, to put the drape on me so my shirt doesn't get all wet. I had to ask for it. Than without brushing my hair, sprays something. She was so ROUGH..pulling my hair brushing it so roughly. With my hair you need product and HEAT protection prior to blow dry..other wise it gets frizzy and dry...she starts blow drying my hair using a brush literally yanking and pulling my hair..I had to tell her to stop. Shes like oh, I always use this brush. Any brush she used pulled my hair. My hair needs the other type of bristles...I was extremely unhappy with my experience. For hair straightening she was spraying and taking the straightener applying immediately...like why not take the product into ur hands and then apply to hair. This method made my hair extremely greasy on top. I had to tell her, she was leaving pieces. Honestly for 50.00 including a 5.00 tip it was not worth it. Definitely NOT SALON LEVEL. Very inexperienced and kids working. No rapport.very poor service. How can you charge so much? And NOT deliver from your end. I had to use dry shampoo so my hair didn't look greasy..defeated the whole purpose.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR COME BACK. Highly disappointed. Her name was, Mandy

I purchased a hair straightener here less than 24 hours ago for a Christmas gift for a family member. Within the 24 hours of purchasing it, I realized that my mother had purchased the exact same gift for the same person in our family as they have been requesting it for a long time. I contacted the store earlier in the day to see if there was any way I could get a refund as I spent over $145 for this straightener. I was told by the representative that I could get a refund as they have a policy for refunds within 30 days however I would have to wait for the manager to come in which was a 5pm to confirm this information. I called back at 5pm and they told me he wasn't there yet so I called back another 2 times until I finally was able to speak to him. I explained the situation and that it was for a Christmas gift and he said all they could do is exchange it. I literally didn't open the box and it was purchased yesterday. I don't even shop at this store at all however I have had my brows threaded a couple of times, so exchanging this product won't work as there's nothing at this store I would require. It's Christmas and I don't have money to just throw away. I really liked coming here to get my eyebrows done as I work right in the mall however I will be sure to NEVER come there again!! I will also be sure to inform everyone who comes into my store and everyone within the mall to NOT use your services as you provide false information and have terrible customer service. They just want to take your hard earned money and run with it instead of keeping a customer happy. Pathetic and cold hearted.

I got my nails done here by Tiffany and I love it! She was really nice and patient and helped me pick out the colours that really suited me :) I'm extremely happy with the service and the results so I'm definitely coming back again!

Both my friends went here and both have negative reviews, I went recently and was completely ignored by staff to busy talking to each other, then she only spoke to the Indian customer who came but totally ignored the black customer how horrible!!!! Just reading the reviews of the other customers, I dont think i will be taking my businesse here ever again. Also for an owner who doesnt realize that each customer is important and to put cultures aside this is Canada!!! because your losing more business then you should be getting. I'd recommend you train your employees to be friendly and caring not just doing the job for money. The only way we can succeed to do better is by excepting our mistakes and being better from them. I'm sure you care about your business so give the customers what they want then everyone will be happy. Trust me all your businesses will have very bad luck and fail if not today one day if you keep giving such bad service and poor training to foreigners.
