Clinique Veterinaire Tou Chat Tou

I was surprised to read some negative reveiws on yellowpages regarding experiences that are described as arrogant & impolite. I have been a client with my cat for over 8-9 years and have never experienced a lack of courtesy & quality care. The Vet is pleasant, focused on the animal, & I like her matter-of-fact manner.

A very positive experience; staff were friendly and helpful and the space was clean and well cared for. I've seen a few negative responses on this platform but cannot verify any of the claims made, only what I (and my cat) experienced. I would recommend Tou chat Tou and will probably visit again when the time arrives.

Absolutely disgusting service. The veterinarian , Dr France Tancelin, has absolutely no sympathy for animals and cares simply for her money . We vaccinated our dog (which was strictly for travel purposes and not because she was sick) before travel where the vet signed off on a document (which we had to pay for ) stating the dog was safe for travel. Dr France Tancelin postponed our second appointment which we clarified if our dog would still be able to travel and she said no problem with travel , even after we clarified our travel date that was previous booked. Unfortunately for us, due to Dr Tancelin postponing the second vaccination which iwas no longer 20days before travel and was not ample time before the dog would be cleared for travel yet the document was signed and we were charged it. the government of Canada refused our animal for travel and was appalled the vet signed documents the was basically null. We needed the vaccination 20 days before travel which we originally booked yet the vet allowed us to pay for vaccinations + travel documents , after she rescheduled, and made us believe our dog would be safe for travel . We called them simply to sympathized our situation and remained calm and collected yet she was extremely hostile and said “sue us and you will lose if you want your money back “. We never discussed suing and simply asked for her help.all we wanted was for her to acknowledge her mistake and own up to her fault that should have never rescheduled the second vaccine and should have cancelled it and should have been honest and upfront about not being able to travel with our pet and have made us get the unnecessary second vaccination + pay for travel docuements that she clearly knew wouldn’t he valid. We also think it was unprofessional of her appalling attitude when we were crying in the phone upset over this. I know this is long but I hope it helps you in deciding which vet will truly care for your pet or simply wants more of your money.

Probably competent at actually treating animals but unhelpful and bad attitude. I.e. if you want advice on how to care for your pet just google it cause you won't get that here. Other than vaccines the appointment for my kitten was a waste of time and money. Vet was dissmisive and patronizing when i tried to ask a question. I won't be going back. Also would not recommend this place for anglophones (even if you speak french).

Recently moved to the neighborhood and had my first appointment with one of my dogs. Doctor was very generous with her time. She was also concerned about keeping the price of my dog's medication affordable which I appreciated. The treatment prescribed cleared up a nasty rash on my Golden Retriever. Very happy to have a good vet just around the corner from my home.

The vet was really friendly and the receptionist was very nice. Everyone was helpful and I got my cat checked without any worries. Very clean and hygienic and the COVID precautions are setup very well.

Great first experience with the Clinique Veterinaire Tou Chat Tou. Florence was able to get me in faster off an emergency wait list within a few days. Easy to communicate with in English/French. Dr. France Tancelin was excellent, caring and kind to my cat, she explained everything really well. All around a great experience!

A friendly, empathic, and helpful receptionist; however, it's better not to expect the vet (Dr. France Tancelin) to be the same as her. The exact opposite type you would encounter: unfriendly, unprofessional, unhelpful and very rude. It seems that it is too much to ask of this vet to provide professional advice for her client. Went all the way to the clinic for nothing.
