★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10h30, j’ai demandé au commis pour me procurer de la bière. L’employé m’a répondu d’un ton condescendant que tout était fermé et de m’acheter de la bière ailleurs. Très déçu.
 10:30 am, I asked the clerk to get me some beer. The clerk condescendingly replied that everything was closed and to buy me beer elsewhere. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils ont brillé de leur absence ce soir. Ceux ci semblent avoir oublié que l’heure de fermeture indiqué est 23:00 et non 21:50. Le patron devrait surveiller les employés du soir afin qu’ils respectent les heures de fermeture.
They shone with their absence tonight. They seem to have forgotten that the stated closing time is 23:00 and not 21:50. The boss should watch the evening workers to ensure they respect the closing hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No longer take Amex here at this particular one and I v never seen a single Couche Tard which doesnt take Amex. The owner must be cheap. The only good thing is that 24h access to the RBC ATM which is difficult to find in downtown East. Other than the ATM, other Couche Tard s are better and spacious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the staff are very nice. Otgers seem like they are just there to collect a paycheque. I wish the staff knew how to empty the coffee grounds and refill the coffee beans, vanilla and chocolate powder for the coffee machines. They are always out of order. I usually walk in wanting a coffee, and then walk back out because there isn't any.
It's really too bad because the depanneur next door has stopped selling hot coffee since they installed larger fridges, so Couche Tard could be making a lot more money in coffee sales
