Gérer une réservation de groupe peut être un vrai casse-tête et Nicole a fait un travail remarquable. Vacances Air Canada est un très bon opérateur pour les groupes. Le Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta était fantastique et son personnel des plus aimables. La petite attention des noeuds papillon pour la célébration, c'était très apprécié! Un bémol, on aurait voulu que ça dure plus longtemps :) Excellent service. Go Hop organized our destination wedding and everything went perfectly. Managing a group reservation can be a real headache and Nicole has done a remarkable job. Air Canada Vacations is a very good operator for groups. The Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta was fantastic and the staff was most helpful. The little attention of the bow ties for the celebration, it was very appreciated! A flat, we would have liked it to last longer :)
