The doctors at the clinic Beaubien were thorough and caring. They performed surgery on my elderly dog. She recovered beautifully, no doubt, to their credit. The price was very reasonable. I cant thank them enough.

This rating does not even deserve a star but for posting purposes I am obliged to give one. I am very very disappointed with this clinic. My 3 month kitten had received a vaccine and a worm pill, where later he adopted diarrhea and vomiting. He was so active and after the vaccine it went downhill from there. He barely ate and was completely not himself. He weighed 3 pounds on a Thursday and the following Tuesday he went down to 2 pounds and according to the vet this had nothing to do with the vaccine. All in all, this vet is only out for your money and they do a half ass job in their checkups, again only seeking to recharge you for aspects they failed to examine. The blockage in his intestines that they claimed was the problem was apparently overlooked in the first exam. Therefore, I highly disapprove this veterinarian clinic and mark my words as you read these reviews. STEAR CLEAR AWAY FROM THEM! As one person relying on reviews on google, take this one as a true review of this place. One respected pet owner to another, thank you.

I brought my Bengal cat in as he was constipated. The vet recommended he gets an aenema and spends the night. I let the vet know (even from the time i first brought my cat to them) that he is a bengal. He is strong and can get aggressive when i am not there or he is scared. They assured me they were professionals and knew how to handle my cat. In the morning, when the vet opened, they called me right away asking me to come get my extremely agitated cat. He apparently scratched a technician and was so upset he was unnaproachable. I picked up my cat without the vet finishing their examination.. we dont even know if his constipation issue is solved. They told me to watch him myself.... My first question is... why handle a bengal without proper protection and attire? My second question is.. if we see an aninal get this agitated, would sedation not be an option? Why force 4 humans on him and aggravate the situation? Why not call me and let me know how its going? I never had an experience like this with my cat. Instead. They did the aenema on him, and left him over night, alone. When they returned my cat to me, his front paws were covered in blood and he had fecal matter spots on his fur. Two of his nails are broken and bleeding. They didnt even notice it or adress it. They told me it is blood from the technician he scratched. They were so scared of him... they wouldnt treat him. The whole situation has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. If your team cannot handle bengals, say it. No animal deserves to have been treated like he was. If sedation is required, ask your customers. Now my cat is home... and i dont know if he is better or not

I have been twice with my cat All the staff have been really helpful and kind. Good principles and values. They think of animals wellbeing first. Prices are reasonable. I will gladly keep on going when needed :)

Really great experience today at the vet. Having had a terrible experience in the past at a different clinic, I was apprehensive to deal with another vet, but the one we saw today (don't know her name) was super gentle and informative and all around very lovely. I did not feel that she was pushing any products or services onto us. The front desk staff seemed a bit cold at first but were also quite lovely once they came in to give my cat a pedicure. They were having some computer issues so I think this had them a bit frazzled, but that said, very very nice experience and will continue to return here.

Good veterinary. They sometimes take a long time to return your call tho. As it can get busy/ or no one there.

My cat needs surgery and I decided to try there. They gave me an appointment fairly quick. Staff was extra nice and the vet really made sure to explain everything thoroughly. Immediately I trusted her and I could tell she really loved animals. My cat was not as stressed as usual. A dog came in when we waited for an emergency and they made sure to take the time with them. Fingers crossed for the surgery, I know my cat is old and obese, but I know she will be in good hands. On the plus side, I'm also saving a minimum of 800$. It's probably not the cheapest I could have found, but trust is more important to me. Edit: kitty got surgery. All went well, again, can't say enough kind things about this vet. The bill was also a lot cheaper than their estimate, and I didn't feel they wanted to push unnecessary products on me.
