My sweet cat randomly threw up foamy liquid and lost all control of her back legs over a holiday and finally found this veterinary urgent care clinic. She ended up with a bad kidney infection, dehydration, and high blood pressure and needed to stay 2 nights. From the receptionists to the veterinarians and the technicians, they were all super sweet and welcoming. They explained the costs, diagnosis, treatment, and after care every step of the way. We were also able to drop in and visit her without any issues. It’s urgent care so you will drop more than a pretty penny but it’s worth it for the quality care. So glad they could see her.

When our cat became ill suddenly, they saw her immediately. Every step of the way, the procedures and costs were explained to me so I could make informed decisions. Sadly, we had to put our Juliette to sleep, and the staff was incredibly patient and compassionate when I was at my lowest. There was no judgement or pushiness. The vet was honest, knowledgeable, and kind. I don’t wish the pain of losing a pet on anyone, but I can’t imagine it could’ve been handled with more grace and dignity than what the team here showed. Thank you.

I don't understand all the negative reviews written about this place. We had to bring our dog here as she was puking non stop and was very sickly. They kept her overnight and gave her the best care possible. The vets, technicians and receptionist were excellent and comforting during this extremely stressful time. They were even available to answer all our questions after she was brought home. Thank you again. Maya vous dit bonjour ?

Around 2 weeks ago I brought my cat to the vet bc she kept painfully vomiting. She was hospitalized there for 2 days. The staffs including receptionists all were professional, calm, and also friendly. They kindly let us visit and stay with my cat for a while, it was really thankful. And all the necessary explanations during and after the hospitalization were delivered in proper manner and also printed as documents. Now my cat is recovered and doing good. Thank you for your effort. Only thing that customers have to be aware of the vet is, that it is a big hospital and they can have emergency cases anytime. So waiting time can be quite long.

We went to the emergency hospital a few times when our puppy was young and had what we thought were serious digestive issues. The staff was extremely friendly and reassuring. They ran a few tests and gave us thorough results right away, as well as additional recommendations for the future. They also made themselves available to answer questions via email and phone. The consultation and tests can be a bit pricey (and more so than a regular vet), but we went there knowing full well we were investing in the peace of mind that our dog would be immediately and well-taken care of by true professionals who care about the animals. To this day, I still send occasional emails to ask about various pet-related things and they always respond quickly and professionally. They will be the first to tell you when it is not necessary to visit, or when it is better to check in with your regular vet, and they will disclose all pricing and recommendations prior to performing any test, so they are very transparent. Overall, excellent experience (although we hope we don’t need to go back for a while!).

Veterinarians are very professional. Everyone here are friendly and I feel like they put their heart into their works. My baby Shadow has some health problems recently and they helped him feel much better. They even followed up after surgery to make sure he is ok, help him with the cleaning near the surgery part when he did not doing very well ❤️❤️ Thank you

Very friendly staff, the vets are amazing. They took care of our puppy for his 2 night emergency stay. They let us visit and call for updates without batting an eye. Other emergency clinics turned us away. After a stressful 2 weeks, our puppy is eating again, and back to his old self. For those making a fuss about the pricing, it's the cost of owning an animal. Thank you for everything

I had to take Misfit here last night as an emergency. She had been having trouble breathing and it had gotten worse. The staff were amazing and very sympathetic and empathic. Sadly Misfit had to be put down, after 11 years in my life. Again the staff were amazing and very compassionate for an animal they had only just met. All the bad reviews here are out of emotion I am sure, since Misfit and I were given nothing but grace and humanity from the moment we entered the building. As for the price posts, they were able to meet my budget without charging me everything they could. I would highly recommend you take your pet here in an emergency, or even as a local vet for your loved ones. Thank you to the staff for making her last moments in this world calm, warm, and empathic. Rest in peace Misfit.
