My partner and I responded to a call to foster, and ended up adopting our foster cat! There were some bumps along the way--our (older) cat had some health issues--but the staff was always there to help. They taught a lot about cats, and really supported us in making decisions that were best for us and our cat. (I mean, our cat went in for surgery, and they let us visit her during her in-patient stay, and even remembered us, and her! Knowing we were worried about her, they even emailed us photos of her while she stayed at the office for observation!) They didn't rush us, and made sure that we had all the needed information every step of the way. Visits were thorough--they clearly demonstrated a care for and competency in working with animals--and they demonstrated any new change to our cat's lifestyle (i.e. giving her medication) to make sure we knew what to do. Our volunteer-liaison has kept in touch with us after we adopted our cat, and made sure that the process went smoothly. Any problems or questions we have are thoroughly explained during visits or calls into the office. Beyond this, their prices are fair, and they are bilingual. They have convenient hours, they carry a range of food/accessories/etc for pets, they are professional...I'm not sure what else to say, I only wish that I lived a little bit closer! I cannot speak highly enough of this practice, and have recommended it to friends. My partner and I are happy to be "foster fails," and the support of this clinic helped us to be successful adopted parents to our lovely cat.

My cat had a minor urinary problem (but I didn't know it was minor). Called this place and scheduled an appointment. It was fast and reliable, the doctor was professional, know her stuff and very gentle with my cat. Now my cat is back to her normal routine thanks to the doc. Will certainly suggest other people to give this place a try if they are having issues with their vet.

So wonderful, we drive from NDG to get here because they are lovely and really care. The vet will often sit on the floor with my dog to put her more at ease.

The reviews and my experience of this veterinary certainly do not align. I brought my dog in as she was experiencing vomiting and left with a 500 dollar bill for an anti-nausea injection (no blood tests were conducted). It seems to me that the aim of this establishment is not to care for animals but to rip-off their owners. Very disappointed. Also, there is a cactus sitting on the floor in the waiting room at dog’s height. I am not sure who thought it wise to display a prickly plant for sick animals to visit.

Words cannot express how wonderful the staff in this clinic really are. As a first time dog owner I was even more unprepared than anticipated as to what being a dog mommy entailed. My dear Walter who just turned 2 has been chronically sick since he was about 8 months old. He has had every infection imaginable and some that I never even knew dogs could have. At his worst I would be in this clinic twice a month if not more and emailing or calling constantly. Not only were the staff so kind to him, but were also so courteous to ME.I felt as though they genuinely cared about the health of my boy and took the time to answer what seemed like a million questions I had every time I brought him in. They answered countless emails and phone calls from me and took the time to follow up as well as provide me with all of the options available and what I felt comfortable paying for and doing. If you’re looking for the best care for your fur baby, look no further because you’ve found the best.

We went to a different clinic before, and the staffs’ attitude is so awful. We are so glad that we change to this clinic. All the people are so nice and so professional. I want to thank a monsieur, I hope I could know his name. I had a great time communicating with him for making reservations and any other staff. He is super patient. My cat had spay surgery today, and it went very well. She is not like my friends’ cats, being painful to shake after the surgery. She is playing right after we got home. (Sorry I just want to show how cute she is?

Best vet clinic I have ever been to. They are professional, transparent and very caring. If you are looking for a vet that will treat your little one like their own, and go above and beyond to get them the best care possible, this is where you want to go. The whole team rallied around us during a difficult time with our cat, and did everything they could to make it as easy and safe as possible.
