★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganized is the best way to sum it up. Can't recommend. Had to rebook appointments over and over. It got to a point where my wife felt compelled to call back to confirm our follow up appointment which of course they had lost again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment two weeks in advance, today I show up and the place is closed. They won't pick up the phone or anything. Another lady outside also customer told me they have been doing stuff like that to her also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional. Uncaring for your pets. First they botch the stitches on our cat. Second, we asked them to do a UTI test on our dog during his neutering, and they did not. They insisted we pay for another appointment to do the test we already asked for. Needless to say, we took our dog to another vet and got the UTI treated promptly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best prices in Montreal, I was extremely nervous to bring my dog for a teeth extraction / teeth cleaning appointment as I scared myself to death reading stories on google about small dogs dying from this intervention, I must have been kind of unpleasant to deal with, but when it was time for me to pick up my dog they laughed with me about it and they reassured me that it is perfectly normal, they helped me select the best soft food for her recovery ( she is allergic to grains )... my dog quickly recovered from the anesthesia and was able to eat soon after we got home, she had 6 small teeth removed and is fully recovered today after two weeks, back on eating hard food,

Why 3 stars? The receptionist. She clearly doesn't know what she's doing. She gave twice the wrong cat to the man in front of us. She gave us the informations about the wrong surgery (she didn't know why our cat was there)
Anyhow, nothing bad happened, but be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vet and staff here were 10/10. I loved seeing them interact with my cats. You could tell they really care about animals! One of my cats was VERY nervous about being there and everyone who interacted with her was so gentle and kind (even though they were warned she may bite). So considerate and very informative. Really was a great experience. You won't regret taking your babies here!
