Passionate people that really love animals and give their best to help them. I’ve been their customer for 5 years since I’ve adopted my first cat through them. The staff is always friendly and the doctors will take the best care of your pet. So don’t hesitate, you are on good hand if choose them.

Very knowledgeable vets, staff is friendly. Dr. Journet is very good at what he does. Cons: busy at times and hard to get someone on the phone and you have to wait when you get there.

I go there for the veterinarian food, and usually things are ok on that side. They keep a profile and it's easy to keep track.

Because of their neglect to my dogs ear infection she is basically dying mentally. Im planning on sueing. Do not go here please. They are worst than most vets trust me. Something weird going on there with the rotation of resident vets also. Dont do it

Thankfully this clinic no longer performs declawing, as verbally confirmed..I use the boutique for vet pet food, which is priced on par with market, and have had friendly technicians help me. Interactions have been in French, but I was assured vets could also speak English if I need — helpful when dealing with medical issues. I have since brought in my cat for a small infection on his mouth. We were given an appointment without much delay, and met with a Dre. Cécilia Delepoulle-de Pauw, who was friendly, gentle, and patient with our pet.

?i've been coming to this clinic for over 15 years, even after moving to another city I continue to bring my pets here. They treat your animal like their own family, they handled my sweet little old man with pure dignity and love when he passed away this summer and they are incredibly honest. The detail they put into your pet's file is incredible: I once received over 20 pages of documentation thoroughly cataloging my dog's condition, It was very clear they had taken a lot of time and put lots of attention &effort into his care. I've never had anyone try to sell me on a service that wasnt necessary; in fact they discourage costly MRI's/ x-rays etc when it doesnt seem like it will be beneficial (example my 15 yr old pug was ill & they advised that testing would run about 2k, while treatment would run about 3k & potentially prove to be fatal to a dog his age. they encouraged me to think about whether 2k for tests would be well spent and suggested my money would be better spent on making him as comfortable as possible in his final weeks.) their whole team conducts themselves with outstanding integrity and empathy. i feel lucky to have found people with such warmth and dedication to their craft, especially in an industry that is often saturated with dishonest people whose primary interest in your companion is to what extent they can profit. They've made some of the worst moments of my life so much more endurable?

They are caring and so so nice. I can't express enough how much this place is my new favorite Vet place and I will recommend hugely to anyone. They help my pet and they cate well and I never feel like they want to run studies or test of weatever (just to be sure) like other places... Finally I just arrive to my favorite trusty place. Thank you so much.

Very nice team, I’ve been going here for 5 years, they took care of my fur baby who unfortunately got an infection in his paw. Like any vet, things are expensive, but oh well it is what it is. The vet was very attentive, I just wish the receptionists were a little more client service oriented since I wasn’t greeted, when I got out I paid right away, I was just waiting for them for a long while waiting for my cat, so when I got up to leave the other receptionist who hadn’t said anything up until then and was just waiting doing nothing thought I hadn’t paid and the other receptionist was busy on the phone to let her know… also FYI even though it’s a veterinary hospital they don’t take walk ins which is unfortunate since had I not gotten the last appointment, my first baby would have had to wait half a week in a dangerous condition. I wish I could give 5 stars for the vet and his assistants in the back, but had to remove one for all the confusion and difficulty booking appointments.
