I will NEVER recommend to anyone this place . I am not happy at all with the job they did on my car.

Yeah all the reviews are correct sad to say we had damage to our car caused by a 3rd party. When I spoke to Desjardin insurance they pushed us to go here if you know another place strongly recommend going. At first they make you feel that there interested in helping and fixing but it’s not the case at all, we took the car there for a Monday morning were told oh there’s some rust etc we will clean that all up and fix everything at first oh they care what they are doing surprisingly come Thursday evening when we call to find out whether the car is ready to be advised “well if we haven’t called you it isn’t” Checked the app that is attached to the email still stated Thursday evening out no information what so ever. I emailed desjardin as obviously the employees don’t have manners common sense on how to update a app or even call the customer sorry that’s us to advise sorry needs more parts. Drove by Saturday to see that well the car still in pieces so I guess from outstanding customer service that the car isn’t ready and have no idea if and when it’s finished. After several emails to Desjardin insurance we get a phone call being spoken to in a very unprofessional manner that it’s our fault we should have called them Friday to find out, seriously why do these supposed professionals blame the customer? Finally carossier calls on Wednesday with surprise excuses we were busy !! On Thursday when we called they could have advised or updated the app to inform the customer but hey at the end of the day if you go here have fun don’t expect anything. We want go back and don’t recommend anyone going here.

They promised my car can be repaired in 3-4 days. So I took it to the garage on Mar. 26 in the morning, after all the parts were ordered and delivered to them. I called them a couple of times to inquire on the status of the repairs but oddly enough nobody was able to give me a straight answer....so I went to the body shop today (Apr. 4) to see what's going on. In short: they haven't even started working on the car, it was in the parking lot still. Then it got better, they all pretended they could not have said the repairs could be done in such a short period of time; actually it would take....2 weeks to get it done! Eventually Julio - probably the mechanic? - said they'll take the car in today and will deliver by Thursday next week....which remains to be seen. In my opinion they're utterly badly managed and you're all be probably better off going on somewhere else. Avoid this place if you can.

Slow. Dirty office. Disorganized interior and operations. Hood light stopped working after their work. Voicemail always full. Getting a hold of someone by phone is not evident. Email address through Gmail isn't very secure or professional. Were over half an hour late on the pickup appointment. Avoid!

It took them a whole month to repair our car. When they finaly called to let us know the car was ready, they made us wait more than an hour to ­­¨clean the car¨. Than we got home and notice that the airbag light in the dash was still lit, even though they told us specifically that they would fix this. We had to send the car back again. We just got it back and hope everything will be fine this time.

The administration of this place is awful. My first time at this shop I scheduled to pick my car up on Saturday, i showed up to no one in the office and took 2 hours to get a hold of someone. This time my insurance told me to bring my car here again, I spoke with them and then brought my car 30 mins later and there was no one there. The mechanics informed me that they did not know where they went and recommended I don’t bring my car in on fridays, says a lot when the employees recommend that. The administration will say everything you want to hear to get the sale and then will be MIA once they have your car. I don’t recommend this place to anyone

Low quality and materials. Paint started to go out a few months later. However fixed under warranty, but if it would be a case a few years later, not sure that they fix it. Their attitude is to deny everything that is impossible to prouve. Installed used pieces were broken and visually used much more than my pieces. They put some kind of glue to keep broken connector in place...Bumper did not fit well and cracked a few months later. However, it is impossible to prouve that this is their low quality materials. Each time I pass through my car, I see their low quality job. I do not have any comparison, but for sure will never use this one.
