Went for an Estimate for a bumper for my car. Was told I would get a call back for an appointment. Been 2 weeks & still havent gotten a call back or a response as to when they are available as my insurance had sent me there. Lousy service & over estimate.

Very slow but the people there are very pleasant .....some days the car was not even touched , how do i know will you ask .....well my car is fitted with the communication device that tells you if its unlocked ,running ,position etc ....a few scratches on a bumper and a light took them 6 days not counting weekend as its not open , when i finally got the car back one of the little dent on the bumper had been resprayed over it without even being filled in to remove dent , when i showed the dent to the lady she was pretty embarassed , as i did not want to get into another at least 4 days of not driving my car i told her i ll survive as it is a really small dent but really i dont think its very professional to return a car without noticing it before hand , to be fair , the lady said they will write it down in the file that the job was not done properly so if we want to come back we can get it fixed but it is still not very professional to give back something not perfect .....worse of all my insurance recomanded them as approved by them.

Had the back bumper replaced after an accident ( was sent there by my insurance) . The car was towed to their facility from my work place, and I got it back 9 days later directly at enteprise where i dropped off my courtesy car. I soon realized that they had painted the new bumper with the wrong paint code. This was confirmed by my dealer and the insurance inspector who reviewed the reparation after i placed a complaint. I also noticed My phone's charging cable disappeared from the car .... Its not worth much but they completely lost my trust right there . I wont be going back .

A bad experience... short story ? NO...very complicated 1. one of my cars was involved in an accident 2. my insurance company sent me to them ( the car is under leasing and must be repaired to dealer) I didn't know from the beginning... 3. first day to them...they was very nice and send me to "Entreprise" to have a courtesy car. There, they asked me to pay an extra insurance for that car and I have refused to pay and to take the car. 4. I went back to Fix Auto Labelle and I have explained that is not fair to pay that insurance and I call my insurance company to complain. 5. After 4 days, I have received the confirmation that the car is ready . I was happy but my happiness stopped in the moment I saw the car. The front bumper was painted with a lighter color ...funny but not funny for us.( me and my daughter that came to help me to bring home the car) 6. I have explained that is ridiculous and I cannot accept that job. They assure me that the car will be done next week and they offer us a courtesy car. 7. After 4 days, the car was ready but again, big surprise...the same paint, nothing new, they didn't touch the car to fix the problem. They told me on the phone that the car is ready and they offer us as a " gift" for all inconveniences to push back on side clamp the back bumper and to clean some black marks and I have appreciated but in reality, they did that only to close my mouth, to stop complaining about the real issue. 8. I get in contact with Francois Castellou ( owner ) that start to explain to me that is normal to have a different color on the bumper??? and the paint on plastic has a different shade than on metal and told me to move the care on sunlight to see that I'm wrong. After I have moving the car as he asked was more evident that is not the same color but he continued to try to convince me. I said...ok, I can be color- blind but how you can explain that on my photos we see the same color difference??? The photos are fake???No comments... No way to have a constructive discussion with him...I called my insurance company and I have explained everything. Finally, I have decided with them to go to Nissan for authorized expertise. 9. The final story - Fix Auto Labelle chose the wrong color 10. The car will be painted again to Nissan I have few questions for Fix Auto Labelle owner and I'll appreciate if has a strong character to answer online: 1. How can have such an attitude of indifference knowing that it is his fault (company fault) 2. Who pays my time???

Terrible experience overall, don't even know where to start. AVOID AT AL COST!!!!! In short, - they refused to give me an estimate before i even signed the contract promising my cars repairs at their shop. -when dropping off car, they told me they have no more cars just Yaris' so i can go to enterprise and deal with separate headaches over there for a regular car -when finally given the contract, they tried charging me deductibles when my insurance clearly told me i had nothing to pay. -Then they charged me about 450$ of taxes. Once got home, took a look at the receipt and says i owe 0$ in taxes. Called them questioning this and they told me they will send a revised receipt which im still waiting for... all in all, a terrible experience from A to Z. Do not recommend.

I got Theresa for an estimation of my car with the insurance. The services in the front desk was top excellent. There's a bathroom, wifi and coffeemaker for customers. The estimation was good and faire.

First class all the way. Had some minor scratches after another driver side swiped my car. They made it look like new.
