★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an alignment, was charged 50$ to look at it for 5 minutes and assess that there was a loose ball joint. Upon further inspection, I found that in addition to the loose upper ball joint. There was also a slightly loose lower ball joint on the other side, AND a slight play in the wheel bearing. So I understand the charge, but at least do a complete assessment if you're going to charge me 50$ for 10 minutes of your time. You've unfortunately lost me as a client...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my car to have the oil changed and mentioned that I heard a noise from the window when it goes up. They charged me 50$ to check the window and "clean the dust" to not make noise..first of all I didnt even ask u to fix it or anything just have a quick look...and its still making the noise so they didn't even fix anything....
