Terrible customer service. They charged me twice for my order and are refusing to refund me for the second charge and are saying "there's no second charge, it was just a delay from your bank" but there was no delay

My experience was great with Anna. She went above and beyond in helping me choose the right glasses and explained all the information throughly with extra tips. She was very pleasant to ask questions as well. I will keep coming to clearly for its affordable glasses and excellent customer service.

Not sure why there are negative reviews. I just bought a pair of contacts from them after switching from another website. They showed up the next day in a perfect sized box super easy to open. They even included a contact holder case which was super awesome! The little details go a long way! Will be using them for all future purchases and will be referring family and friends to them! Thank you!

Please think twice before making your purchase with Clearly, 0 stars. Unfamiliar with my new prescription after a week of wearing my Clearly glasses I was getting headaches and felt extremely Ill, I decided to go back to the optometrist to test my clearly glasses and found out Clearly made several mistakes. I recently ordered a pair of glasses via Clearly.ca and not only did they give me the wrong prescription (they reduced my prescription) They also put the wrong prescription in the wrong eyes. They will be sending me out a new pair of glasses with the correct prescriptions however I am not confident and am now skeptical to ever order again. Would you trust them? for all the inconvenience they offered me a $10.00 credit, they're called Clearly because they clearly don't take ownership or care about your health.

I ordered lenses online 11/12/2021, they were supposed to be shipped within 1-2 business days. I called a week and a half later because I had no updates to find out that the currier couldn't deliver the package. They sent a new pair under the promise that I would receive it within a week. Another week goes by and no package. I've been calling since 11/29 on a daily basis and they keep telling me that they will arrive the next day and it never does. Long story short, I payed ~200 dollars for lenses that were never delivered and they took no responsibility, they blamed fedex. I had to go on vacations without lenses and they are now telling me they cannot cancel the order and give a refund because the order is "on it's way". They are very gentle on the phone but extremely useless. By the way, I live downtown Vancouver, the delivery was as easy as dropping the small contact lenses package on a mailing box.

I ordered two pairs of glasses and they arrived in 6 business days. Both pairs were very cute and met my expectations. I wore one pair twice and realised there was a small crack in the frame. I went online, talked to someone over a chat box and they shipped me a new pair asap (not to mention, they were very kind during the process). Affordable, relatively quick delivery, and good customer service. I will order from them again and recommend to friends.

I've been a Clearly customer since 2009, but my last (online) order turned out to be a complete disaster. I tried to order contact lenses, with same day delivery (needed them quickly!). 4 days and 4 calls to customer support later, they still couldn't tell me when my order will arrive. Not much of an apology either! Clearly - where everything seems good until you have an issue and need to contact customer support!!!
