Awful customer service. I was transferred 5 times in the one hour phone call, to the initial person I contacted at the beginning, only to have the issue unresolved.

I bought the printer 6605DN and the guy who came to set it up was unable to do it and even he called the company to have a remote access and they could not do it. The customer service and support center are awful, please stay away from this company and its product. I have a Brother at home and a Xerox at work, for Brother printer I paid 1/4 of the price I paid for the xerox, and I am super happy with the Brother printer, but I am not happy with xerox and its support. Stay away, waste of money. I wish I could give them zero star.

Xerox Printer - purchased from Staples back in October. Ended up ordering another printer as I was originally told that the Xerox printer would be at least 3 weeks. Well, the printer showed up 3 after I ordered it but I had already received the other printer by Brother. Well, didn't open box at all. Called Staples and they sent me shipping label to send back to Xerox directly. Spoke to Staples today. Apparently Xerox refused to issue a refund as the "box was opened". I guarantee it wasn't opened. It sat where it was left when delivered until they picked it up again to be shipped back. Took them over 2 months to make this decision. Guarantee I will never buy a Xerox product as what will happen if I buy something and it breaks under warranty?

Abysmal and unresponsive customer service. When Xerox's "automatic" ordering system failed to provide us with replacement toner, Xerox put no effort into getting us the toner we needed to get us back up and running again. After reporting the issue three days ago, we still don't have toner and are still unable to use our printer. Our business requires a reliable printer and Xerox have proven to be extremely unreliable.
