They came out to the house to measure and verify the insert would work. The install was done quickly and professionally. The whole process from walking into the showroom to installed, 2 weeks. Outstanding!

To be honest I wasn't in a great mood walking in because of the competition but the salesperson snapped me out of it.

Was greeted by Karen once in the store and she was very helpful in helping us find a insert that would fit our opening. She setup a time when she could come over after her work hours to make sure the insert would work. We ordered that day and install was done quickly, the installers were also very professional and work was done perfectly. Would highly recommend Classic Fireplace Whitby!!!
