James and Gavin followed up quickly with a response to my question (and checked in with us a couple of days later to follow up again). I would recommend Natural Choice Heating & Cooling. They also installed our furnace a couple of years ago and again, the installation was clean and professional. They are courteous and friendly. Thanks James and team!

I've rarely come across a service provider that has this level of integrity and dedication to their craft. They are also willing to go the extra mile every time I've had the need to call. You can't go wrong with this company. They're simply the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dealt with James over the phone. James is very knowledgable. He was able to explain what the available options were in a simple and easy way to understand.
Within a couple of days James arranged for one of his crews to remove the old system and install the new air handler with coil and air conditioner.
The installers Matt and Ricardo were very nice
guys and very professional.
I strongly recommend this company for all your heating and air conditioning needs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has installed the AC unit for my house and I've been having multiple issues with it since day 1. I've reached out to them to address the issue and they came and did some work on the AC but it never worked properly. Now I'm asking they again to come and I'm not getting any response. I'm willing to update review if they address my problem but at this point I have no AC so I can't do anything better than 1-start for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd definitely recommend Natural Choice Heating & Cooling. Hot water tank died and they came out that same day to have a look and order a new one. They waived the charge for the initial visit when they did the install and even showed up days earlier than expected. The installers were great to deal with and got the job completed quickly and with minimal disruption to the office. Great service!!
