★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who owns the store is very helpful and sweet to you if you are a white person. To others she can be rude, arrogant and totally disrespectful, despite the fact that you are a long term (approx 20 years) customer. I've had a few run in's with her and they were not very pleasant. Customer service is not one of her stronger skills. Her son is usually helpful and easy going except when she is around.

They seem annoyed as you walk in or god forbid ask a simple question.The lady working the register does seem to have people she likes though as she will not feel rushed to stop conversing and keep the line moving. Arm yourself with patience and time if you decide to walk into this store

Really surprising that he always has “just the right thing” for me despite the small size store.
Great advice from him and Brendan to make sure it is either right right product, right amount, or how to use it properly.

They sell a wonderful Tea Tree oil cleaner that will amaze you, it cleans, steralizes followed by an all natural chemical free scent!
