The store is esthetically pleasing, with great lighting and mirrors everywhere to try on as many as I wanted. There are thousands of options to choose from. Minh, the owner's service was exceptional. He knew exactly what I was looking for and the styles that suited my face shape. He also made a recommendation for a trendy pair that I would've never even considered because it was out of my basic comfort zone, which ended up being my favourite out of the 3 I purchased. Aside from choosing my frames, Minh made sure adjustments were made as needed so they fit comfortable and correctly. Thank you so much!

The staff were really great to work with, and did an excellent and exceptional job with helping to choose frames, and working with my insurance plan to maximize what I could get. Help a new business out and go see these amazing people!

Made a lot of suggestions and told me the pros and cons. The eye exam went flawlessly and the must of got the prescription right because I can see so much better with my glasses on now. The 3 for 1 deal is what brought me to the store. I was skeptical at first but the quality of the glasses are great and the store front was beautiful. Came with a very sturdy case as well as a nice cloth for cleaning the glasses. I will definitely be recommending everyone i know to go check this place out and see if they can help them as well as they helped me.

He helped me find my 3 pairs, but honestly the hardest part was narrowing my favourites down to 3. Direct billing and staff made the whole process easy and quick. I've had the glasses for a month now and have no issues and love them!

It was my first eye exam in 5 years and had been a long while since I'd last got new glasses, but Mihn was really helpful in finding pairs that I liked. All the equipment is new and the optometrist answered all my questions about the exam. (Chapman the dog was very helpful in showing me around too ?) The storefront is really nice, with plenty of bright lights for a better experience when browsing the frames. The frames are all offered at the same price and feel well built, which is really nice because it allows you to pick what looks best without worrying that different frames might be super pricey or really cheaply put together. They also have nice, solid cases for the glasses, with a good microfiber cloth and lens cleaner, which shows that they pay attention to detail and providing quality to the customer. Their 3 for 1 business model is really appealing to me as well, it allowed me to get prescription sunglasses for the first time without adding too much expense. They were really helpful with the insurance paperwork too, made things very easy and smooth. I'm super glad that I got there during their opening sale, and that Mihn was generous enough to upgrade my lenses with additional UV protection and polarization! It was a really good experience and I highly recommend it!

They also have 3 for the price of one!! Can't argue with that! I started picking my frames and they have well lit indoors and mirrors so you can see how each frame looks on you. So many choices and so hard to just choose 3 haha! Finally narrowed it down to the ones I have pictured to this review. The owner and staff were super friendly and helpful, answered all my questions regarding options for my lenses, as I work in front of a computer screen all day. Direct billing is another plus with Chapman! Overall, I highly recommend Chapman for your eye exam and glasses needs! Also, those wondering if sunglasses are included in the 3 for 1, yes they are! Thank you Chapman!
