Pre-ordered my new bike for spring here a few weeks ago. After 'trying' to deal with one of the other big dealers in the city (I won't name names) and getting zero callbacks - you'd think they'd want to sell something - I tried Alberta Cycle. They called back right away, confirmed they had my requested unit allotted, and took a deposit all very painlessly and politely. Richard was fantastic! I've been back there for some gear (picked up a helmet today) and have spoke to a couple other staff. All very helpful and accommodating. Pretty sure with my experience here so far, they will be seeing much more of me (I have quite a bit more gear to get, lol).

Had a breakdown on yellow head freeway. Managed to get my vehicle off the road in the area of Alberta Cycle. Richard and his staff gave me a hand helping me out. Wanted nothing in return. A rare commodity these days. All of the staff I came into contact with were great to deal with. Appreciated the help - thanks..

I was having troubles getting a hold of their sales staff because I was referring to emails only. But considering it is winter and they likely are currently with winter staffing and been navigating all the COVID regulations this is likely the cause. I posted in social media what other riders suggested I do and their service manager actually messaged me on social media and answered all my questions on a weekend. He let me know what was going on and to whom I should reach out to. First off considering he did this on his days off is completely unexpected but shows that he wants to make customers happy and return to their dealership. Don't ever expect them to do this again but was really appreciated. I honestly was just going to phone them anyways but he went further. Never expected someone from the dealership to see my post, let alone reply to it.

I called in the morning asking if they could get me in for a tire swap. They were the only service department that was able to do so. Not only was the gentleman working the service counter polite and friendly. I would be bring my bike there for future repairs and service and day.

Went to Alberta cycle to buy some oil and filter for my bike. Parts person and manager were very informative, polite and helpful. They ended up giving me 20% off their synthetic oil so I ended up paying only the same price as the regular oil. Thanks!!!

Lovely helpful staff and the owner is a absolutely knowledgeable genuine delight to talk about motorcycle history. I called in for AC M7 sled bolt for my tie rod. They provided me a similar bolt that fitted and enabled me to ride this weekend and get out of a dull house. Absolute legends. Highly recommend a trip to gawk at their wonderful collection. Especially the rare historical pieces.

Made the trip up from Calgary to buy a new bike to Alberta Cycle this spring. I only had an afternoon to get the deal done in person, so Richard and Deana took care of most of the paperwork ahead of time. I'm very appreciative to them for making the process quick, easy, and drama-free. Rolled up with my trade-in, and rolled out with my new bike shortly thereafter. The guys in the back went out of their way to help me make sure everything was tied-down properly on the trailer. This is how buying any new vehicle is supposed to be - simple and straightforward.

I visited this business years ago and swore I would never go back because of the poor attitude of the person I was dealing with. I figured I would give them another try as a lengthy time had elapsed and that person was probably no longer with the organization. It turns out he was not. In fact there was new management in place about 5 years ago. I am happy to say that the service that I received sure made up for the service I did not get in the past. They were extremely helpful (thanks Richard) and the price on the tires I needed for my bike were a lot better than other shops. In fact the price was the similar as if I got them online at Fortnine. And I do like to support her local business so it was an additional bonus. Another thing that I liked about this particular business, is they are open on long weekends which came in very handy since I needed some additional oil for my bike which I could not get anywhere else. Give them a try if you won't disappointed, I wasn't.
