★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered something which Purolator said they delivered but didn't (Riverside shipped it no signature required), and after Purolator did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, Brendon issued a full refund. Unfortunate that I didn't get my product, but 5 stars for Riverside's customer service. I'd suggest anyone ordering anything expensive ensure that Riverside ship it signature required, so that this doesn't happen to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to a Norman over the phone he advised looking up my part from vin more accurate and he ordered in only took 4 days. Went in to exchange wrong part ordered and dealt with dean. Both guys are very professional and took no time for results will be my go to place for my Polaris snowmobile and Yamaha quad. I’m very impressed and if they asked once about vin numbers/ phone number and parts I didn’t have to repeat myself

I was given an amazing deal and the parts department has always treated me very well. l've purchased new tires, oil change kits, and power parts from the parts department over the years and I've always been happy with the quality and service. I had the service department install some Dunlop Q3+ tires front and rear for free during their annual spring sale. Take advantage of the buy tires have them installed for free during the spring sale if you can. I also purchased an awesome jacket from the apparel department. Great place to purchase a bike, apparel, or get your two wheel ride serviced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a oil change kit from Riverside Motorsports last week, received order confirmation but no shipping confirmation. Today is Friday of the following week, there has been no update, no reply to emails inquiries that I have sent. I don't think it has even been shipped yet!
***Update***
Received a call and apparently they have sent me emails which I didn't receive. I did check junk/spam folder but there was nothing. Anyways, they reacted quickly and I have just received a shipment confirmation from Canada Post minutes after talking to them on the phone.
Will update again once I receive the actual package. (estimated to be next Tuesday)
