★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our second time using RCM. When we wanted to purchase a trailer, we thought RCM would be a good option since we had a great experience years ago when we purchased a truck. The purchasing process was quick and easy. However, we had some difficulties with receiving the trailer and then some issues after. We were left feeling bad about the experience, however when I reached out to Tony, the manager, two months later, he quickly agreed to handle everything that we requested. He impressed me with his fairness and understanding. Many told me to go in for a fight, but I don’t like doing things that way. Luckily, Tony seems to feel the same and did not try to argue with me or gaslight me. I am so pleased that I reached out and encourage anyone to do the same if they are having issues. They can’t make it right if they don’t know, and clearly this company wants to work with their customers. I only wish I had written to him sooner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend. I Bought a mountain sled from RCM a couple of months ago. Over priced but I really like this sled and couldn’t fine many others like this. Decided to go through with the purchase, December 15th 2022. They ran the machine and had there mechanic look it over and assured me there was no issues. And if I had issue to let them know and they would take care of it. Even mentioned they would flip the bill if I needed to take it to my local dealer for repairs. Soon after I took the sled to the mountains for a ride and found the sled to prematurely wear belts (mostly at an idle/ low rpm). I have tried to contact them, even reached out to the sales person to inform them of the issues Im having with the unit. Have not been contacted back. I work away so my time off is very limited. Once they have made the sale communication is totally cut off. Very nice machine but terrible communication and loyalty to paying customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t recommend places lightly but out of all the Motorsports dealers I’ve been too, this one is without a doubt the best one anyone should go too. Do yourself a big favour and just go here. The owners are in it for the right reasons, which is to make sure people have a good buying experience. Every other place I’ve been too I’ve walked away feeling scammed and manipulated. I’ll definitely be buying my next vehicle here. And they have a professional brand new store with lots of amazing options. You can’t go wrong by going here. Honesty goes a long way. One happy customer turns into 10. It’s to bad other dealers can’t be like this.

Only agreed to fix one part then when I called to provide an update the manager Tony started losing his mind and yelling at me for a bad review. This man has a serious anger complex and I would highly recommend any other dealership around

He took us on a whole tour of the shop. No pressure. Was informative. Had my 5 year old with me. And he interacted with him like "one of the customers". Recommend for sure.
Prices are a little out to lunch on some of the units imo personally. But overall pleasant experience
