Très déçu de la job d'assurance : 1- ils ont essayé de me passer un bumper déformé en plus d'une exécution très médiocre de la peinture. Bulles, mauvais sablage, etc. 2- après m'avoir plaint ils ont remplacé le bumper par un en meilleur état. Job de peinture OK, mais color match très mauvais. Sans compter que j'ai dû encore me plaindre pour qu'ils realignment le bumper la, capot, fog lights et qu'ils remplacent les proximity sensor défectueux. 3- Un an après la job, la peinture est déjà toute picotée, bien pire qu'après 6 ans sur la peinture d'origine. En bref, pièces de basse qualité, main d'oeuvre qui n'a Pas su démontrer son expertise, produits, peinture et préparation très médiocre. Ne faites pas la même erreur que moi et refusez catégoriquement l'offre de votre assureur d'aller-là. Ils sont probablement le moins cher soumissionnaire pour les assureurs et voilà pourquoi. P.s. c'est la première fois que je dois me plaindre pour ce genre d'ouvrage, mais il y a bien des limites à un moment donné !
Very disappointed with the insurance job: 1- they tried to pass me a warped bumper in addition to a very poor paint job. Bubbles, bad sanding, etc. 2- after complaining to me they replaced the bumper with one in better condition. Paint job OK, but color match very bad. Not to mention that I had to complain again for them to realign the bumper, bonnet, fog lights and to replace the faulty proximity sensors. 3- One year after the job, the paint is already stinging, much worse than after 6 years on the original paint. In short, low quality parts, labor that failed to demonstrate its expertise, very poor products, paint and preparation. Don't make the same mistake I did and categorically refuse your insurer's offer to go there. They are probably the cheapest bidder for insurers and that's why. p.s. this is the first time I have to complain about this kind of work, but there are many limits at some point!

À cause de la pandémie, l'attente des pièces a été très longue. Néanmoins, on a grandement apprécié la collaboration et l'approche empathique de Maxime qui nous a toujours informé sur l'évolution de la réparation importante du véhicule. C'est clair qu'il a su motiver ses techniciens car le résultat est parfait. Merci à toute l'équipe CARSTAR et Point S.
Due to the pandemic, the wait for parts was very long. Nevertheless, we greatly appreciated the collaboration and empathetic approach of Maxime who has always informed us about the evolution of the major repair of the vehicle. It is clear that he was able to motivate his technicians because the result is perfect. Thanks to the entire CARSTAR and Point S team.

Hit a deer and insurance sent me there. When I picked up the car the front end, covered by insurance looked great. Problem was I asked them to do several other things too. The windshield was to be replaced, two rust spots the size of dimes were to be touched up and a big scratch beside the back hatch was to be touched up. They didn't let me know the insurance didn't cover the windshield so it wasn't replaced. To touch up the two rust spots they repainted the aileron and half the back hatch but left a pock mark in the aileron. The big scratch wasn't touched. I paid an extra for the extra work. Very disappointing as they had the car for a whole week and if they required more money or approvals to go ahead with the additional tasks they only had to call me to ask for permission. Very dissatisfied.
