★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On est entre bonnes mains avec Dr. Bilette. Il prend le temps de nous comprendre et est très compétent. Il ne donne pas de pilules pour rien... on est très chanceux de l’avoir. Merci à UMF la Pommeraie.
 We are in good hands with Dr. Bilette. He takes the time to understand us and is very knowledgeable. He doesn't give pills for nothing ... we're very lucky to have him. Thanks to UMF la Pommeraie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai perdu mon médecin de famille en janvier et ça m'a rendu anxieuse, ne sachant pas quand j'allais en avoir un nouveau. J'ai pensé au Dr. Prévost vu qu'elle avait fait mon suivi de grossesse, j'ai appelé pour me mettre sur sa liste d'attente et 2 semaines plus tard, j'avais mon premier rendez-vous :)
I lost my family doctor in January and it made me anxious, not knowing when I was going to have a new one. I thought of Dr. Prévost since she had done my pregnancy, I called to put me on her waiting list and 2 weeks later, I had my first appointment :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toujours en retard (min 30min). Les médecins changent tout le temps et en plus ont très peu d'expérience. Je ne recommande pas vraiment. Même pas une place pour allaiter confortablement alors que suivi des bébés... Et ça prone l'allaitement... La bonne blague!
Always late (min 30min). Doctors change all the time and in addition have very little experience. I do not really recommend. Not even a place to breastfeed comfortably while followed by babies ... And it prone breastfeeding ... The good joke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exellent service quand j'ai eu besoin d'un nouveau médecin de famille on m'a sélectionné et j'ai la meilleur médecin qu'on puisse avoir et le personnel est courtois pro actif professionnel j'ai des suivis différents pour ma santé on s'occupe très bien de moi j'ai rien mais absolument rien de négatif ay dire les mesures sanitaire sont suivit à la lettre endroits ultra propre le félicite tout le personnel secrétaire médecin pour leur superbe travail malgré les difficultés de la covid je vous lève mon chapeau vous êtes bde l'or Merci Merci Merci.
Excellent service when I needed a new family doctor I was selected and I have the best doctor we can have and the staff are courteous pro active professional I have different follow-ups for my health on take care of me very well I have nothing but absolutely nothing negative ay say the sanitary measures are followed to the letter ultra clean places congratulate all the staff secretary doctor for their superb work despite the difficulties of the covid I give you my hat you are bde d'or Thank you Thank you Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire service, ma conjointe était enceinte de notre 2eme enfant et elle était suivie la, elle avait des petits problèmes comme des pertes jaunâtre vers 2 mois de grossesse et moi qui n'est pas médecin je lui dit qu'ont dirait une infection, ont prends rendez-vous examine tout est beau tout est normal. Bon nous sommes contents mais plus les semaine avance plus les symptômes s'aggrave plus de perte jaunâtre, étourdissements, nausées, mal au ventre donc je me dit le medecin est incompétent c'est des signes d'infection comme j'avais dit, et étonnamment tout est beau encore même quand ont lui dit que ce n'est pas normal et qu'elle est surment infecté ( mais ont à pas un doctorat donc nous sommes innocent. Pour finir ma conjointe elle à accouché à 5 mois de grossesse dû a un infection et le bébé n'a pas survécu.... puis le médecin du pavillon des naissance a dit quelle a j'amais vue quelqu'un d'autant infecté...DONC N'ALLEZ PAS LA SI VOUS VOULEZ AVOIR UN BON SUIVIE SANS PROBLÈME ET COMPÉTENT.

Worse service, my spouse was pregnant with our 2nd child and she was followed there, she had small problems such as yellowish discharge around 2 months of pregnancy and I, who is not a doctor, told her that it looked like an infection, had make an appointment examine everything is fine everything is normal. Well we are happy but the more the week advances the more the symptoms worsen the more yellowish loss, dizziness, nausea, stomach ache so I said to myself the doctor is incompetent it is signs of infection as I had said, and surprisingly everything is still beautiful even when they told her that it is not normal and that she is surely infected (but not have a doctorate so we are innocent. Finally my wife gave birth at 5 months of pregnancy due to an infection and the baby did not survive .... then the doctor at the birth ward said she had seen someone so infected ... SO DON'T GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD FOLLOW-UP WITHOUT PROBLEM AND COMPETENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bon service sur place. Toutefois l'attente quand on appel pour prendre rendez-vous est interminable, en moyenne 30min d'attente parfois plus. Et dernièrement j'appelle à 11h40 et après 20 min d'attente un message me dis qu'ils ne prennent pas les appels entre 12h et 13h, ce qui mets fin à l'appel. Déplorable le service client au téléphone de cette clinique.
Good service on site. However, the wait when you call to make an appointment is endless, on average 30min of waiting sometimes more. And lastly I called at 11:40 a.m. and after 20 minutes of waiting a message told me that they did not take calls between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m., which ended the call. Deplorable customer service over the phone from this clinic.
