★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They work hard, the team is dedicated. However, I feel like they dont always catch what is wrong with our dogs. Our dog was sick and they missed the ball completely. We almost lost our puppy but luckily he recovered and is doing well. We continue to go here because we feel that even though a mistake was made, it doesnt dismiss the fact that they are caring and always put the pets health first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an emergency with our dog while camping in Bromont. After being refused from the Mountainview clinic?, we went to the Cowansville clinic without an appointment. While they did explain they were very busy that day, they WOULD see our dog as soon as they could. They examined and diagnosed him within about 2 hours and sent us home with some meds to make him more comfortable. True professionals who obviously care about a pet in pain. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING CARE OF OUR FUR BABY!

Even if I called 24 hours as they suggested, the prescriptions are never ready and I aleays have to wait. I found the reception people seems always confused and desorganises. However the price for consultation is reasonable
