★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premier contact très décevant avec cette clinique. J’ai téléphoné pour transférer mon dossier de suivi de grossesse en vue d’un déménagement. La secrétaire était arrogante et ne semblait pas savoir comment traiter mon dossier. Elle n’était aucunement aidante. Ma situation semblait être un fardeau administratif au-delà de ses compétences.
Very disappointing first contact with this clinic. I called to transfer my pregnancy follow-up record for a move. The secretary was arrogant and didn't seem to know how to handle my case. She was not helping at all. My situation seemed to be an administrative burden beyond his competence.

Endless wait... always sees the doctor 1 hour later and more... still there for an extra child.

Si le client est à l'heure la clinique doit l'être aussi.
Sens du commun.?
The appointment time is not respected, seen the doctor 1 hour later.
If the client is on time, so must the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why would people give this place a bad grade is way beyond me! Doctors aren’t on time? lol where did u ever get an appointment that was on time with a dr? Great staff, great doctors, great walk-in system. Worth the wait if there’s one!!!
