After being turned down at two other car dealer ship. Kia help me finally get the right vehical that met my needs. Not what the sales person wanted to sell me. Amazing service. Great team. They dont hide any details or any hidden price. They dont stop till they try everything they can to make sure you get what you want and what fits in to your budget. Would recommande kia to other. If you need servicing go somewhere else . They over charge and look for problems too solve. I bought my Kia in Montreal and had to service the brakes in Montreal or else Cowansville would charge 500.00$ They charged me 80,00$ just to have a look at it.

I used to love this dealership. But as of late, the quality of both the service and the sale went down. The service tried to have work done on my boyfriend's car (expensive work) that were unecessary and the sales side also tried to lower ball the exchange value of his car. Overall very disappointed with the dealership. I suggested this place to my boyfriend and he used to love this place and the staff..but I am not sure if we are gona continue doing business with them.

I was served by Alexe Miclette here at Kia Cowansville. I was served rapidly, efficiently, and kindly. She was very helpful, honest, and gave me the best deal for the vehicle of interest. Excellent attitude, excellent service, and left me feeling well taken care of in every aspect of the purchase of my vehicle. My son's car was originally brought in to replace his ignition key. Since he didn't have a key to copy, they had to replace the parts for the ignition. When the car was brought in, they discovered that there were some recalls on the car. While fixing one of the recalls, they damaged a part in the steering column and it took 3 days to get the part to repair it.My son incurred expenses for lodging and food because of their mistake.When my son finally picked up his car, the back seat was littered with garbage and was stained very badly as though they had literally thrown all the mess in there. Worst experience ever and they didn't compensate for any of his extras. The original quote for the replacement of the key did not explain that there would labour cost on top of the price plus sales tax. I would never recommend this dealership ever!
