★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I arrived at Kia in Bracebridge it was to get a parking light bulb. On my arrival I was greeted by a lady who was beyond helpful took me to service and parts. I got my bulb I asked for and off I went to replace my bulb. As I was replacing my bulb I got it stuck inside light cover. My husband went back inside to see if someone could help. A wonderful gentleman came out by the name of Brook Solway he magical got the bulb out and noticed I asked for the wrong one. Immediately he came back out and replaced both bulbs. I was putting in the wrong size now I know why they were blowing all the time. Upon all of that this young man told us to have a nice day with no charge. My husband and I drove off and still say we have not been treated with such kindness, respect and caring in a long time. Thank you to all at Kia motors for our wonderful experience and our safe drive home. We will be back for more business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought a brand new 2023 Kia Sportage from this location. Let me tell you, I called a lot of other dealerships while I was shopping around. Only to be met with rude and unfriendly people. You will not find that here.
Customer service goes a long way. Crystal and Leslie were an absolute pleasure to do business with. Friendly and professional! All of the other employees I came across smiled and took the time to say hello (this goes a long way). I will continue to take my car here in the future and you should too! Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like the service at Muskoka Kia. It’s an important part of my brand choice. I’ve had 2 Kia vehicles. I loved my Optima and I now have a Seltos which is a great small SUV. I store my tires with Kia and they are nice people who are prompt and competent. Their rates are fair and comparable. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my non-kia vehicle here, after the recommendation from a coworker, when it stalled and my check engine light came on. They were quick to take the car in and super quick on the service, having it ready within 4 hours. They were transparent with the work needed and gave me a fair quote. Loved that they washed my vehicle after service too! Would definitely recommend bringing your car here for service, even if you don't drive a Kia. Will be visiting again for sure!

Was nice to see they gave my van a bath that was needed, I understand covid restrictions, but would have appreciated being asked if I wanted the cabin filter done instead of being told it should be done next time, when I was finished. I was sitting in the waiting room...but overall happy with the service.

Our appointments are always on time and any information needed is given during service so problems can be taken care of quickly and efficiently. Sales staff are also very friendly and know their products without being pushy. The approach of all the staff at Muskoka Kia has us so impressed we are considering trading in for a new model very soon.
