He was very annoyed by my line of questioning, as if im gonna spend 20k on a used vehicle without doing my best to find out if there are problems with it. Which there obviously were and he was not being honest, instead was very deflective. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this dealership was terrible. Trying to purchase a used car here was far more than just frustrating. My initial contact was with Clara and she was OK but then i was passed over to the manager to deal with and then any possible sale was frustrated. My calls or emails were either not responded to or only after many repeated attempts. Getting answers to basic questions about the car was a very slow process. I can not believe the positive views from others regarding their experience here. i wish I could give less than one star for my experience here. I can not imagine that Kia Canada would accept this treatment of a potential customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 6 years been there 3 times got 3 cars from another dealer in the region, salesforce are not very convincing or motivated. Overall people are polite, but never felt welcome per say. To bad I love Kia cars.

Alain Beauregard was so helpful! After he walked us through the car "gadgets, It was a great choice for our family. Alain and the entire team at Kia Granby are very respectful with Covid regulations, patient with every small question we had, and in all, a wonderful experience!

Special thank to Charles Simoneau and Francis Lemay who well organized remote starter installation, permanent rust protection, plate registration and even my delivery from home to pick up the vehicle.
