★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove from Laval to Granby with appointment and I found out that they are putting a fully loaded Nissan Rouge SL on the Pictures and when I arrived it is the basic S model and salesman told me that you have to be logical that SL model can’t be at that prices , wrong way to get customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful - my son bought a used car from them that had not been inspected. Burnt headlights that we only found out when driving on the highway. Next day, a 'transmission service indicator' came on and, best of all, as we are walking towards the car, the salesman hands us over 1 key..... that's a $250 key we have to now pay. Do not shop at Nissan Granby - stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible after sale service . Once they make the sale you are completely ignored. I was promised to have a extended warranty transferred. I left many messages with the salesman and director who never bothered to contact me back. The matter is now being investigated by Nissan Canada for their shady practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a car covered in pine sap, missing a driver floor mat, leaking exhaust flex pipe, bad o2 sensor, 2x totally bald tires, in need of spark plugs and tells me it's in top shape!
I had to convince them to give me a remote with a used functional battery! They say they don't have batteries here.
Tells me vehicle replacement and life insurance is covered by them and get home and see it added to my bill!!
Definitely stay far far away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought a brand new car in this place and change oil for the very 1st time, i drove my car to work the following day, smoke coming out at the hood, and when i open and check the oil was pour all over at the motor. called Nissan granby told me to bring the car, employee are very rude , did not fix the car problem until i have to talk to the manager. i will never recommend this place to buy a car, i regretted of buying brand new car from this dealer..
