★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not watse time in this terrible dealership. Their team just so unprofessional. The manager in this dealer talked to me and sell a car to me. After that he sign and send me the bill of sale, and I was ready to go there pick up the car, but he told me he sold the car to someone else. I spend a lot of time to find a car, and spent time talk to them and sechdule my time to pick up the car. They just sold the car to someone else without any notifiction to me before they do that. What a joke dealership, what a joke managment. They did that for me this time, they can do this to you next time as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested an offer from this dealership on their web site and the Sales Rep Emily Ferland contacted me soon after that. We communicated by e-mail as I live about 100 km west of Magog and didn't have a car to meet her in person. Ms. Ferland offered a great price - even better than the dealership I was with for the last 8 eyars. She answered all my e-mails almost immediately and I could see that she really cared to find the best option for me and make me happy with my purchase. Everything was prepared for my arrival to pick up my new Nissan and they even came to pick me up from my home (over 100 km!).
We can get "good" service in many places, but it is very rare to get service by people who really care and you see the difference right away. Emily Ferland and the whole Nissan Magog team make a difference!
