We arrived into town and pulled up to Concept Chrysler and were welcomed by Eric who helped solve the problem immediately. We appreciate how friendly and helpful he was. Thank you for helping fix our van and putting our minds at ease so we could enjoy our vacation!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sale manager, Larry Crook, is a rude person and his attitude toward potential customers is aggressive and disgusting.
He didn't honor the agreement between me and the sale representative, canceled the deal and refund my deposit. I am really sorry for the sale representatives in Magog Concept Chrysler who works under supervision of this cheap person.
I would like to thank Maxime Faubert for his dignity, behavior and efforts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Larry Crook is a rude and terrible human being. When his salesperson lied to me, he said I had 2 options, he'd fix my broken car that was broken by the dealership or acknowledge the lie, but not both, even though I had photographic evidence of the lie. Do not recommend.
