Un estimé détaillé a été fait et par la suite de très bonnes explications nous ont été données par Mathieu sur le pourquoi des réparations à faire. Je le recommande fortement.
Newly arrived in Estrie, we were looking for a good mechanic who would not rip us off so Mathieu, the owner of this garage, was referred to us by a friend and we are very satisfied. A detailed estimate was made and thereafter very good explanations were given to us by Mathieu on the why of the repairs to be made. I highly recommend it.

Mathieu explique ce qu'il fait au client et demande avant de faire quoi que ce soit. Très bon service en + de voiture de courtoisie pour toute la durée.

We were planning a repair at 1400 CAD (4 mechanics had diagnosed that the transmission needed to be changed, cliche), he told me that it was just a bearing that needed to be changed. Result: saved: 1000 CAD; Car: A1.
Mathieu explains what he is doing to the client and asks before doing anything. Very good service + courtesy car for the whole duration.
