Laissez une banquette Jan 2020, récupéré en sept 2020 pour les remettre a un autre rembourreur. Ca suffit le manque de respect. Il ne savait pas ou il avait stocké mes choses, Il manquait 2 morceaux (que l on a du refaire) et le tissus était ailleurs... bref un cauchemar cette entreprise. Ils en prennent plus qu ils sont capable de fournir... a un moment donnée ils vont comprendre que ça prend un gestionnaire. No control system or deadline even if you have one it does not respect it. Leave a Jan 2020 bench, collected in Sept 2020 to hand them over to another upholsterer. Enough is the lack of respect. He did not know where he had stored my things, 2 pieces were missing (which we had to redo) and the fabric was elsewhere ... in short, this business was a nightmare. They take more than they are able to provide ... at some point they will understand that it takes a manager.
R	Raphaël Morin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les délais ne sont aucunement respectés, nous avons fais faire des bancs de ponton en Mai, après plusieurs appels ou la dame nous disais ne pas avoir les bancs chez eux, les bancs sont finalement prêt fin Juillet. C'est dommage d'avoir à attendre 2 mois au lieu de 2 semaines et avoir un suivi inexistant. Le travail est bien malgré quelques défauts mais un meilleur respect du délai et un meilleur service aiderait énormément le magasin, malheureusement je le conseillerais actuellement à personne. The deadlines are not respected, we had the dock benches in May, after several calls or the lady told us not to have the benches at home, the benches are finally ready late July. It's a shame to have to wait 2 months instead of 2 weeks and have no follow-up. The work is good despite some shortcomings but a better respect of the time and a better service would help enormously the store, unfortunately I would advise nobody.

Elle commande le tissu et ne m’appelle pas, j’y retourne 2 semaines plus tard et elle ne retrouve plus ma facture, je lui montre ma copie et elle commande le tissus… Je lui apporte un simple petit banc et le travail qui devait prendre 1 semaine en a pris plusieurs. Nous allons le chercher et la moitié du tissu payé mais inutilisé a été perdu… Après seulement quelques semaines 2 des 4 coutures cèdes! Je les ai réparés moi-même, ce sera certainement plus solide. Malheureusement je ne peux pas mettre moins d’une étoile, mais JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS CET ENDROIT. SORRY and FRUSTRING! The lady who welcomed us seemed overwhelmed by the lot of work to be done in the store! She orders the fabric and does not call me, I go back 2 weeks later and she can no longer find my invoice, I show her my copy and she orders the fabric… I bring her a simple small bench and the work that was supposed to be take 1 week took several. We go get it and half of the paid but unused fabric was lost… After only a few weeks 2 of the 4 seams failed! I fixed them myself, it will definitely be more solid. Unfortunately I cannot put less than one star, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

J'y ai fait couvrir deux petits sièges de bateau. Déposés en début de semaine et récupérés juste à temps pour le week-end. J'ai reçu un service bien au delà de mes attentes, considérant touts les commentaires négatifs. La dame est bien aimable et l'équipe très dynamique. Merci pour tout Rembourrage Orford ! À plus ! Very satisfied! Leave the bad comments and give it a go. It depends on the timing, the project and the availability of materials. I had two small boat seats covered there. Dropped off at the start of the week and picked up just in time for the weekend. I received service far beyond my expectations, considering all the negative comments. The lady is very friendly and the team is very dynamic. Thanks for all Orford Padding! See you !
