HUGE problem with my 2017 Tucson. Service has not been able to find and fix the reason check engine light comes on, sluggish or no acceleration. I have owned the car for 10 months, and had this problem for 4 months. Please find a solution

Have been servicing my Sonata 2.0t at Hyundai Magog since I purchased it there in 2011. Fantastic service! The technicians are great and the service guys at the desk: Steven, René and Phil are outstanding. They are friendly, accommodating and do not push service that is not needed for your vehicle. It very important to have trust and confidence in your dealership's service. Hyundai Magog has mine! BRAVO et Merci a l'equipe Services Hyundai Magog.

Fantastic service department, much better than my previous experience with cadillac. I was new there and had bought my car from another seller but they still went above and beyond for me on warranty work. I haven't met the sales team but if I decide to get another Hyundai I'll buy it from there simply based on the excellent service department.

I booked an appointment to see one of their used car at their facilities early on a Saturday morning. On the day of my appointment, I left from Ottawa to Magog. After driving for 2 hours and around 200 km, one of the sale reps called me and told me that the car was sold the day before. His excuse for not calling me earlier was that, they got my number incorrectly even thou I've been texting back and forth with one of their reps for at least a week to arrange the appointment. The guy I talked to through the phone promised I would be compensated for my time and car's mileage by sending me some gas card but It's been more than a week and I still didn't hear back from them. The guy I've been contacting, also the one who set up the appointment, texted me asking about my appointment, I don't know if there's not communication between their team or what or maybe they texted just to trolled me. I told him the situation and got no reply from him. Note that, he replied to me almost instantly every time I asked about the car. I wonder if this is professional and acceptable. I hope salesman could be more humane and care more about other people a little bit. Getting money and commission for a sold car is cool but please don't joke around with people time and effort.

Thank you Rene Levesque and all people from service department! You helped me to make a right decision about car buying. I went to over 15 different garages - no one could help me just put a vehicle on a hoist for a basic pre-purchace inspection - I almost lost hope - and then I found you. I was able to inspect vehicle and it was so humane when people in garage came to vehicle, to take a look, to advise me... Thank you good people! Merci!
