Je suis entièrement satisfait du service de Samuel Cloutier et son père Gilles Cloutier. J'ai eu des discussions et rencontres avec eux du 3 Mai 2019 au 20 juillet 2019. Le tout sans pression. J'ai pris livraison de ma voiture a la date que je voulais en Mai 2019. Je n'ai pas eu de problèmes avec l'échange de ma voiture,. De ma première rencontre avec Samuel a ma dernière rencontre avec Gilles j'ai jamais eu l'impression de déranger. Nous avons trouver des solutions ensemble. Donc en résumé : Bon service au niveau vente mais surtout bon service après vente. Je ne suis pas inquiet de référer Samuel et Gilles. I am from Granby and I had a great customer experience with Automobiles 112 inc. I am proud of my 2015 Audi A6. I am completely satisfied with the service of Samuel Cloutier and his father Gilles Cloutier. I had discussions and meetings with them from May 3, 2019 to July 20, 2019. All without pressure. I took delivery of my car on the date I wanted in May 2019. I did not have any problems with the exchange of my car. From my first meeting with Samuel to my last meeting with Gilles I never had the impression to disturb. We find solutions together. So in summary: Good service level sales but especially good after sales service. I am not worried about referring Samuel and Gilles.

Très propre, intérieur comme extérieur. Après l’achat, la voiture avec quelques problèmes. Je les ai contacté directement, je passais encore sous la garantie du bon fonctionnement de véhicule. La voiture a été réparée selon les standards BMW, et elle roule maintenant à merveille. Je recommande cet endroit à quiconque qui de cherche une voiture à de bons prix. Merci pour tout automobile 112, et à une prochaine fois ! Very good service from Samuel and the team at automobile 112. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, the car was immaculate. Very clean, inside and out. After the purchase, the car had some problems. I contacted them directly, I was still under the guarantee of the proper functioning of the vehicle. The car has been repaired to BMW standards and now drives wonderfully. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a car at good prices. Thank you for all automobile 112, and see you next time!

Après deux jours, je l'ai contacter pour lui faire une offre qu'il a acceptée! Il m'a demandé de faire un dépôt pour la réserver mais je ne l'ai pas fait. Car, j'habite très loin d'eux et je ne voulais pas me déplacer deux fois. Alors, je lui ai dit que j'allais venir après deux jours pour conclure la transaction. Avant d'aller, je l'ai contacté pour lui confirmer mon arrivée le lendemain. Et là, il m'a appelé pour me dire qu'il a vendu l'auto le jour même! Mais le comble, c'est qu'il m'a menti et il n'a pas vendu cette auto!! Tout simplement, il ne voulait pas me la vendre à moi!! Je suis vraiment déçu du fait qu'il n'ont aucune parole et tout ce qui les intéresse est l'argent!! They are not trustworthy! I wanted to buy one of their vehicle. After the road test, the sales manager gave me his last price. After two days, I contacted him to make him an offer he accepted! He asked me to make a deposit to reserve it but I did not do it. Because, I live very far from them and I did not want to move twice. So, I told him I would come after two days to close the deal. Before going, I contacted him to confirm my arrival the next day. And there, he called me to tell me that he sold the car the same day! But the height is that he lied to me and he did not sell this car !! Quite simply, he did not want to sell it to me !! I am really disappointed that they have no words and all that interests them is the money !!
P	Patricia St-martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ automobile 112 problème … après avoir fait l’acquisition d’un véhicule à 50000$ me rendant compte qu’il a infiltration d’eau et plusieurs défaut cacher 24 h après l’achat je lui demande de reprendre sont véhicule de garder le dépôt de 500$ plus 100$ de gaz et en plus retourner sur un towing donc ZÉRO millage .. IL REFUSE POURQUOI SELON VOUS … j’vous laisse deviner… sous prétexte que cetais un achat entre commercant …. ce qui veux dire sans recours… le point est que le véhicule étais pour moi et qu’il a pas baisser de 1$ et ça il le savais très bien … donc voilà !!! plus JAMAIS .. aujourd’hui le camion est chez landrover parce que le petit vendeur arrogant et méprisent ma répondu de m’arranger oui sur garantie mais l’infiltration d’eau qui est causer par le pare-brise nest pas couvert … évidement c’est pas un défaut du camion donc me voilà à devoir payer pour l’infiltration d’eau … INUTILE DE RÉPONDRE QUOI QUE CE SOIT À CE COMMENTAIRE SAMUEL … tous est dit je ne veux rien savoir de vous et sachez que je ne suis pas la seule ! automobile 112 problem… after having acquired a vehicle at $50,000 realizing that it has water infiltration and several hidden defects 24 hours after the purchase I ask him to take back his vehicle to keep the deposit of 500$ plus 100$ of gas and in addition return on a towing so ZERO mileage .. My only issue was slow response after the sale to correct a few minor issues. I felt they were honest and stood behind the vehicle they sold. Sales staff was helpful. I would buy there again.

Samuel was great to work with, he is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions promptly and made car buying a worry-free experience. Being in the car biz I am aware of what can happen, when I called this dealer they had the car I was looking for (fyi 90k plus) I had asked him to be open and honest in other words be transparent.. as I am 1.5 hours away from his place to come see it. I had a trade in and I would take a car he had at a higher price. To make a short story shorter I when I showed up I was hit with 3-4 surprises that should of been disclosed over the phone, car only came with one key cost $600, issue with the trunk shade flat staying up, and the gas tank door was not working he had the part in the trunk said he had no time to fix it properly. Just wanted to share my experience, it really left a bad taste.
