Tried out a vehicle that had supposedly passed inspection but it had a bad vibration a grinding noise and a check engine light. I signed a paper saying that I would buy it if they fixed these conditions. I was called back a few more times told that it is fixed but only the grinding noise was fixed, 3 weeks after they called me and said that it is fixed and it seemed to be fixed but they warmed the car up and cleared the check engine light before I test drove it so right after I bought it the light came back on. They were also nice enough to raise the price for me, tack on a 2nd interest rate on top of the one that was in the agreed apon deal hide and lie about all this and bully me into signing something that they refused to print in english or give me sufficient time to read. When it got colder the car would run very badly idle very high or very rough. I only had the car for 2 months and of that 2 months it spent almost 3 weeks in the garage then a mechanical failure caused the car to go into the ditch where it rolled onto its side and hit a tree. When the offer my insurance made didn't cover the balance of the loan I took my contract to my insurance agent who found many issues and called the dealer and was told that I deserved to get screwed over because I didn't buy the car the first time they told me it was fixed as agreed but the test drive told me otherwise.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We were communicating to purchase a car that is extremely difficult to find in the US . Put a deposit down to hold it , and were even told if anyone else was interested in the car they would give us a call. After spending hours getting paperwork together to import the car, we couldn't get any of our calls or emails returned . When we finally got through we were told they sold the car two days ago. And that there was a miscommunication on the car being held. The salesman Pascal said he was off the day it was sold and another salesman Sebastian sold the car without him knowing . Extremely poor customer service , poor communication, and very dishonest . It's taken us over two years to find a white Mazda rx8 r3 in this condition. A car that we were going above and beyond to get cleared through customs . Pascal was not even willing to help us get the information we needed to give to customs. And their finance department what a joke that is, Jonathan was extremely rude! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM GROUP BEAUCAGE Don't buy a used car from them. They do not fulfill the legal warranty if needed. My car had a problem and they tried using my extended warranty without my consent or awareness to fix it. RESULT: I lost the possibility of using my warranty for this problem now or in the future, and they didn't fix the problem. Also, not the provided an email in the response below. It's only for selling the image they care for the customer. They never responded my email. BE AWARE!

Horrible! Bought a used vehicle (subaru) from their used (trade-ins) dept. The whole experience was awful from beginning to end. We checked everywhere within a reasonable driving distance to see if we could find the make and model we were looking for... but they were the only ones to have the car we wanted. 1- During our first visit, the initial sales guy 'could not' find the mechanical inspection report for the car. Once I told him that we would not purchase a car within seeing the report he miraculously found it. 2- The financial associate gave us the rudest and most condensending client experience. She could not provide us with the finance terms unless she conducted a credit check (for a 500$ deposit). Once we decided to move forward with the purchase, the other financial associate gave us the loan percentages right away.. as they were 'standard' with our loan amounts. 3- Upon reception of the car (car was delivered to our town) and papers signed, the transporter told me that the Check Engine just turned on! 4- After bringing the car back for repairs, I got it rechecked at my local garage and he had to reseal the work already 'fixed' by the dealership. Really, really bad experience. They really captured the typical sleazy used car salesman vibe. I would not for any reason (car is still not fixed) go back to this dealership nor will I ever recommend anyone.

Horrible service. Ask questions by email, get partial responses after waiting half or full day. Wanted to buy specific car and get deal done, but responses were painfully slow. Had to email several times and call several times. Anthony and Patrick were not very responsive at all. One would think when you have a confirmed buyer you would close the deal, no? Absolutely pathetic for a dealer to have such poor response and customer service. Perhaps the fact that the deal fell through because i could not wait any longer was a blessing. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle. EDIT: response to owner response - not wasting my time. interesting that I get more prompt response to my negative review than I did from staff when I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. You have my review as my feedback and Anthony and Patrick will know who I am by my interest in a red 2013 Mazda 3 GT you had for sale.

Very disappointed with recent service..i bought my cx7 in 2012 and have always had my car serviced at mazda granby. My car was towed 3 times in 1 month for the same reaccuring problem (numerous lights in the dash)..They changed originals parts and charged each time. The 3rd time i was told by service dept that they couldn't keep sending a tow truck that it was an interment problem. No courtesy car available. When i got angry i was told they would reimburse the me for the last 2 bills but i would need to find someone else to fix the car. I was left hanging !! I will never do business with them again as i have learned if the car is not yet paid or still on guarantee all is good..when you finally own the vehicule you get no service !! Very disappointed ?
