Worst experience dealing with these people. Rude and dishonest. Bought a $200k+ car from them and they were deceptive and rude. Would steer clear of these disrespectful people.

Recently in December 2018 bought a Mercedes E250 and it was a biggest RIP off from a MERCEDES BENZ DEALER .Sorry but please make sure to avoid this dealership . Liars crooks and they will lie to sell you anything specially if you dont speak French.Never trust anything they say or promise until you get it done or get it signed on papers because they are the biggest liars i ever met in a dealership,donce you drive your car out of showroom its worst service you will ever get . They dont even answer your calls. This is the reply to management for apologising thanks but no thanks because saying sorry wont cut it the problem is not solved yet and I still have issues from the car you guys sold me by saying its terrified and I paid for extended warranty on this car. You asked me to explain why I said Martin Tremblay Directeur gΓ©nΓ©ral des ventes And Mr Guy is the liar is because I have all the emails and proof of financing records which will prove that they are the biggest liars . Let's start from day one Roters were gone and i drive that car from Quebec to Brampton Ontario luckly got safe but you guys put me and my family on risk.i send you the pics and bill of repairs which was not paid to me till this day.Second Mr. TREMBLAY say we gave you a discount on that car did any of the sale purchase documents or email record you guys have to prove that the discount was for the repairs and my time wasted to get it fixed? Now it's been 4 months and I did not received the key promised to be mailed and I have proof of email that it was suppose to be send .Recently 3 days ago I got a threatening email from Mr. Tremblay to take of my review and to that I replied please compensate for the lies and repairs the car needed or I have no other option to go to media and my lawyers. * All this review is for others to be careful about lies this dealership enjoys doing with it clients.ANYONE who think what i am saying it's not true i will be happy to emIl you all the Receipts of Word done at another dealership in Toronto.just send me your email. Last but not least dont believe in what reply the management post here on Google because they dont answer my calls or emails except of threats to remove my review.

Devoted staff, always bend over to please customers specially Mathieu, Philippe, Richard from service department as well as Guy and MeΓ―a from sales. The car is good but those guys are top notch.

Very Bad service never pick the phone ,called 7-8 times leave message after couple of days they will call back when you call from out of province then it is terrible no care about you. On the phone system there is no english option you don't know which key you have to press for leaving a message because everything is in french no respect for the out of province people I am calling them almost more than 15 days to deal to buy the Mercedes GLC 300 SUV never responce on time no proper answer. On the website it shows certified vehicle but when you deal with them then they will tell you have to pay more 1995 for the certification then why they post the price on the website and it shows certified vehicle if you ask something they will tell you give 5 minutes I will call you back after talk to the manager no will call you back manager never wants to talk to you I asked the guy that I am coming from Toronto more than 6 hour drive how i pick the car they told me that delivery charge may be $500 or $ 600 and told me that they will check with the manager nobody calls back I am calling 3 times and leave message and email them that please call me after 3 days I got an email that GLC 300 was sold .So dis-appointed .NEVER EXPECT FROM MERCEDES THAT THEY HAVE SO WORST THAN WORST SERVICE.
