★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheté une porte Patio en au mois d'août 2021. On ma mentionné qu'il y avait des délais et que possiblement j'aurais ma porte en novembre voir même en décembre. C'est la semaine dernière le 2 février que l'équipe est passée.
J'ai eu un bon service de Audrey White par ses recommandations et le suivis.
L'équipe d'installateur était professionnelle avec une expérience de plusieurs années. Protection du plancher et excellente finition. Ils sont partie avec le reste de ma vielle porte. Je n'ai donc pas été obligé de me soucier de me jeter.
La garantit, l'achat local et le service ainsi que la service ont influencer mon choix.
D'autres projets pour mes fenêtres sont avenirs. Elles seront sans aucun doute de chez Caron & Guay.

 I bought a Patio door in August 2021. I was told that there were delays and that possibly I would have my door in November or even in December. It was last week on February 2 that the team came.
I had good service from Audrey White through her recommendations and follow-up.
The installation team was professional with years of experience. Floor protection and excellent finish. They left with the rest of my old door. So I didn't have to worry about throwing myself away.
The guarantee, the local purchase and the service as well as the service influenced my choice.
Other projects for my windows are future. They will undoubtedly be from Caron & Guay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installées en 2015, les rebords de mes fenêtres exposés plein sud se décollent sans cesse.
Ils sont déjà intervenus pour refaire un joint, mais le problème vient de la qualité de pose pitoyable, réalisée à l'installation.
Aujourd'hui il me disent qu'il n'y a plus de garantie (quid de l'installation ratée) et qu'il me faut payer pour toute intervention.
Ce sont des incompétents qui n'ont aucun respect du travail bien fait, n'y du suivi de leurs chantiers, profitant simplement d'un marché prolifique.
Compagnie à fuir !!
Installed in 2015, the edges of my windows facing south are constantly peeling.
They have already intervened to redo a joint, but the problem comes from the pitiful installation quality, carried out during installation.
Today they tell me that there is no more guarantee (what about the failed installation) and that I have to pay for any intervention.
They are incompetent who have no respect for a job well done, no monitoring of their sites, simply taking advantage of a prolific market.
Company to flee !!

En novembre 2018, nous avons changé les portes de la maison. Nous avons adoré le temps et les recommandations de Mathieu. Automne 2021, nous retournons voir Mathieu pour changer les 10 fenêtres et la porte patio. Nous avons fait installer il y a maintenant 2 semaines et nous sommes entièrement satisfaits. Merci infiniment Mathieu Penney pour l'excellent service. Et ce après la vente et l'installation.

In November 2018 we changed the doors of the house. We loved Mathieu's time and recommendations. Fall 2021, we are going back to see Mathieu to change the 10 windows and the patio door. We had it installed 2 weeks ago and we are completely satisfied. Thank you very much Mathieu Penney for the excellent service. And this after the sale and installation.

Augmentation de prix lors de la signature.
Difficile d'avoir des réponses lorsque l'on communique avec eux.
Hâte d'en avoir fini. Du gros n'importe quoi.
Je ne recommande aucunement !

J'augmente ma note de 1 étoile à 4 étoiles car les installateurs ont fait une job de pro! Ils ont su m'accommoder et faire une installation plus rapide. Les travaux se sont terminés hier et nous sommes contents. Merci à Jonathan et son équipe!

Lies about the installation date. We are constantly pushed back and no one seems sorry. We were promised early December and so far it seems to be January 17th....
Price increase upon signing.
Difficult to get answers when communicating with them.
Hurry to finish. Basically anything.
I do not recommend!
Update after installation:
I'm increasing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because the installers did a pro job! They were able to accommodate me and make the installation faster. The work was completed yesterday and we are happy. Thanks to Jonathan and his team!
