You must not be in a hurry for a commercial bid. I had to remind them twice to get it. In general more expensive than the designer.

Jâai donc contactĂ© Vitrerie Laberge et jâai fourni les dimensions des fenĂȘtres pour obtenir le prix de remplacement. Jâai reçu la soumission le 7 avril suivant. Comme le prix Ă©tait Ă ma satisfaction, jâai contactĂ© Vitrerie Laberge pour confirmer mon intĂ©rĂȘt dâaller de lâavant. On me propose le vitrier RenĂ© Lepage pour en faire lâinstallation. Je rencontre M. Lepage le vendredi 10 avril pour revoir le tout, pour prendre les mesures finales et pour dĂ©terminer les spĂ©cifications exactes (intercallaire, etc). Deux semaines plus tard, toujours pas de nouvelles. Je recontacte M. Lepage pour mâinformer de lâavancement et il me dit quâil fera le suivi auprĂšs de Vitrerie Laberge. Je lâai contactĂ© 3 fois sans succĂšs. Donc je dĂ©cide dâappeler Vitrerie Laberge directement pour comprendre ce qui se passe. Je lâai fait Ă plusieurs reprises et on me rĂ©pond Ă chaque fois quâon me rappellera sans autre explication du pourquoi des dĂ©lais.
AprĂšs 2 mois et une dizaine dâappel plus tard, jâabandonne et je vais repartir Ă zĂ©ro avec un autre fournisseur....
I have 18 thermos windows to replace on my house. The manufacturer of my thermos referred me to the company Vitrerie Laberge to buy it. So I contacted Vitrerie Laberge and provided the window dimensions to get the replacement price. I received the submission the following April 7th. As the price was to my satisfaction, I contacted Vitrerie Laberge to confirm my interest in moving forward. I was offered the glazier René Lepage to do the installation. I meet Mr. Lepage on Friday April 10 to review everything, to take the final measurements and to determine the exact specifications (interlayer, etc.). Two weeks later, still no news. I contacted Mr. Lepage again to keep me informed of the progress and he told me that he would follow up with Vitrerie Laberge. I contacted him 3 times without success. So I decide to call Vitrerie Laberge directly to find out what's going on. I have done this several times and each time I am told that I will be reminded without further explanation of why the delays.
After 2 months and a dozen calls later, I give up and I will start over with another supplier ....
