★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a fait changer nos fenêtres il y a quelques années. Aucune de mes fenêtres ne sont correctes. Pour une des fenêtres, je la lavais et il y avait une substance graisseuse que je promenais partout. On les a fait venir et le verdict a été que le thermos avait été posé à l'envers et que je promenais l'argon en frottant. Ils sont venus changer la vitre et même encore aujourd'hui, même après avoir lavé ma vitre avec différents produits et de différentes façons, je n'ai jamais été en mesure de l'avoir sans défaut. Elle est déjà finie, car l'humidité est déjà entré à l'intérieur (on ne voit pas très bien sur la photo, mais haut à droite, ça donne au moins une idée). C'est comme ça partout, à la grandeur de la fenêtre. De belles grosses coulisses. Ensuite, pour une autre de mes fenêtres, elle devait s'ouvrir de deux côtés. Ils ont tellement mis de mousse autour de la fenêtre, qu'elle ne s'ouvre pas d'un côté et de l'autre, elle ne se rend qu'à moitié, car la mousse l'empêche d'ouvrir correctement. Nous ne recommandons pas du tout cette compagnie. Je projette déjà de faire changer mes fenêtres. Ce n'est pas drôle, nos vitres d'en arrière sont plus vieilles que celles d'en avant et elles sont correctes. Décevant! Comment jeter de l'argent par les fenêtres!
We had our windows changed a few years ago. None of my windows are correct. For one of the windows I was washing it and there was a greasy substance that I was carrying around. We brought them in and the verdict was that the thermos had been placed upside down and I was rubbing the argon around. They came to change the glass and even today, even after washing my window with different products and in different ways, I have never been able to have it flawless. It is already finished, because the humidity has already entered inside (we can't see very well in the photo, but top right, it at least gives an idea). It's like that everywhere, across the window. Beautiful big wings. Then, for another of my windows, it had to open from two sides. They put so much foam around the window that it doesn't open on one side and on the other it only goes halfway because the foam is preventing it from opening properly. We do not recommend this company at all. I am already planning to have my windows changed. It's no fun, our back windows are older than the front ones and they are okay. Disappointing! How to throw money down the drain!
