★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware. I found the service poor and expensive. Formerly covered by Sask Health, this is privatised medicine, expensive with a profit orientation. A "sleep study" and CPAP trial costs $250 which I was told pays for a mask that you can keep. The mask I got retails for $125.00. The CPAP machine they recommend costs $2500 with a service package which I couldn't afford. SAIL has machines I'm told, but I purchased the reccomended CPAP machine from $850 from Amazon. If you don't buy their package you are left unsupported. The local office is staffed by an LPN only. I had no direct Dr. contact despite being diagnosed as having severe apnea - a dangerous condition. If you need help navigating your Apnea issues I reccomend apneaboard.com. Very helpful folks there have been a big help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve always had problems sleeping and 2-3 hours a night was the average.
My dentist recommended a sleep study due to my grinding of my teeth. Within two weeks I had an appointment and was treated very well upon arrival at the office in North Battleford.
They had set up everything and we’re very efficient. The next day I was contacted about starting the sleep study and it was simple and easy to do.
When I got the results I was amazed at all they had found and already had a trial for. C-pac machine figured out.
The next day Trish from Prince Albert contacted me through video conference and instructed me on daily/ nightly use. Very easy to use once I trimmed my facial hair to get a better swallow.
Throughout the three week trial and assistance from emails and phone calls I was able to get everything set for my personal program.
They are very helpful also in making the purchase easy and assisting in coverage options.
In three weeks I’m averaging about 6.39 hours of restful sleep and once it was for eight hour's
I feel well rested now and I’m finding I’m not having my sluggish periods in the afternoons and when I go to bed I’m barely moving in my sleep now.
I wished I had received this help 30 years ago!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t recommend. Awful communication. They harass you almost every day. I’ve told them I have a chronic illness and they still continued to harass me over the time I use for my machine. Horrible horrible service. My time using the machine was a total gong show. They gave me anxiety while I was using the machine, all I thought about was them telling me about the time I had, how I had to try and put more time in, I never had peace with this company.
