They don't have common meds on hand (even standard antibiotics) often give you just a few days and make you come back. As I have to drive 20 mins both ways to come in this is very frustrating. The organization is also lacking. It frequently takes 20 mins to locate a filled prescription. Even if you called in to verify your meds are ready you might show up and find out they are not ready, or are incomplete.
S	Steph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to call the pharmacy. First of all the phone line is always busy so i can't even get through to the phone menu. Finally starts ringing after the 12th try, i choose the option to speak to the pharmacy and i am waiting for 30 mins bouncing between the phone ringing, a woman's voice asking for one moment, and hold music. And then either someone hung up on me or it just disconnects. This is outrageously frustrating.

G	Gloria Waters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friday March 11/22 - tried to first speak to the post office at that location, then customer service when it became obvious that no one was going to take my call; was on hold again for wayyyy too long before someone finally answered and put me back on hold. After this, when again no one picked up after being on hold for 15 min., I gave up. I wasted too much time (30 min on HOLD) for what should have been a very short call. …Irritating enough to take a little more time to give a bad review. UNACCEPTABLE.

That guy's heads so big it's a miracle his tiny neck can hold it up. Worst pharmacy experience you'll ever get. Go to Gaurdian...they treat you like a human.

It takes the staff multiple attempts to do something as simple as put in the birth date. They turned what was a simple 20 minute wait into a 45 minute wait. This is EXTREMELY hard with a fresh incision down your chest. I had to sober up in order to drive and I felt everything. I felt an extra 25 minutes of extra pain thanks to an inexperienced, possibly just careless, staff. Stay away from this pharmacy at night, go to pendangs it is worth the extra few minutes of driving, you'll even save time.
