β β β β β Mom called this morning. Her furnace had gone out during the night. It was -40 . I called Cheynes at 8:04 and talked with Albert for a few minutes. He drove across town and was at her door at 8:17 Even with a trip for parts he had her all fixed by ,8:45. We have always had such great experiences with them.
