β β β β β They charges us $35 for "mileage" to drive from 105th street to 97th street. They also charged $15 for shop supplies, although nothing was used or fixed. They then charged $95 to assess our washer in 15 minutes to tell us to buy a new one. Seriously?
I value professionals and their time, but I honestly thought this was a joke.
