★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 4 Nov 2020 General Plumbing and Heating installed a new furnace. I was very pleased with the manner in which Raymond and Simran installed the new furnace. It was a major undertaking. They worked hard from 9 am to 6 pm. When they were finished they cleaned up and hauled the old furnace away along with all the peripheral mess associated with the job. They were happy and cheerful and answered all my myriad of questions. I would certainly recommend General & Raymond & Simran to anyone looking for a furnace re and re.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phoned them in January to get a boiler system installed. They delayed until March, showed up and scoped the job and then finally by August I had enough of constantly calling them and hearing excuses on why they hadn't got the job done. That was 8 months of calling and hearing "we'll get it on the schedule" until finally they told me the guy who's decision (the owner) was on vacation.
If he couldn't even take a day of his own time off to get the job done than he doesn't deserve any additional work. I own my own small business and have never treated a customer like that.
I truly hope you select any other service provider to do your work. This business has been the worst customer service I've ever had in my life.
