★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carson from rooted plumbing went above the call of duty ,our furnace quit working and he showed up within the hour and figured out what was wrong , The furnace was not getting natural gas....so instead of carson telling me to call the gas company myself he took in on his self to go the extra mile and called them him self ...He then went outside to gas line and with the help of gas company figured out what was wrong...and with in a hour the gas company was out and started fixing there line problem....Carson did not have to call gas company and stand out in the cold to try to fix problem he could of said its not our problem you have to call the gas company and go on to his next job, but he made sure help was on the way before he left...My thoughts a great leader of his company and a great guy....i would recommend rooted plumbing big time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carson installed a water softener in our home. I did not realize what a difference soft water would make on my hair and skin. Having sensitive skin and coarse curly hair, I’ve always struggled with dry skin and tangly dry hair. My hair has NEVER felt so soft and tangle free! If I would have known a softener would do this I would have had it installed YEARS ago!!❤️

Even came back right away next day when there was a little leak with the new install. Couldn’t be happier with the work done. Highly recommended.
