★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEY NEVER CALL AND NEVER COME FIX MY STUFF (dishwasher) ON WARRANTY FROM BEST BUY. I have had to call several times over several months. Im very unsatisfied. Only drives to lloyd 2 days a week as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On June 3rd After my brand new (3 week old) Samsung fridge stopped refrigerating anything, Samsung contracted this authorized service centre to repair my fridge under warranty. Samsung scheduled the date for June 5th. They never showed, and had an excuse for not showing, saying they should show up on June 8th. They never showed. After repeated calls and promises to show up, they finally arrived at my home on June 20th only to tell me it was my responsibility to bring the fridge in to the shop for a repair. I would still be without a fridge had I not complained to Samsung to get something done. I do not recommend this repair centre. All I can say is, good thing I hadn't yet sold the old fridge, because I was 1 month without my new appliance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT, repeat, do NOT use this repair service. Communication with this business is zero. You will be disappointed. It was literally months before we finally went to another company to fix our fridge. That company took 5
days. There are other appliance companies you should use instead of this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could post 0 stars I would. The guy is completely unprofessional and very rude. Had a scheduled appointment for him to come fix a dryer on warrantee cause I had no way of getting it to his shop. He stopped by and said I had to take it to his shop or he wouldn't fix it. I had to rent a truck because I don't have one so I could haul it down to him. Never again will I take anything there.
