P	Paul T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never really liked this Shoppers location, but they redeemed themselves in my eyes when I had to get a Rapid Antigen Test done in September for business travel to the US. They fell back into my bad books when I went to get another test done at the beginning of November and was told they have suspended Rapid Antigen Tests because they are giving flu shots now. So where does that leave anyone in Collingwood who needs to travel and requires a Rapid Antigen Test? Out of luck, I guess. I will not be gracing this Shoppers location with my presence ever again.

As you now invite symptomatic people to the store for COVID-19 testing I will not visit your store again. I currently have a prescription due for pick up, however I’ll have it filled by a pharmacy interested in protecting its customers.Your choice to become a potential spreader location for highly contagious variants defies logic.

Shoppers Drug, Collingwood taking care of our health?? No I am not a mask freak or a vaccine freak - did not even comment on the above. Just do what is right.

I've gone to this location twice in recent weeks and in both cases the pharmacy could not provide me service that they were advertising. The agent at the desk just said they're not providing that service at this time. If you provide a service it should be available to the public not just when you feel it's necessary. I see why they're rating is so low at this store. I will continue to take my business elsewhere.

The pharmacist himself seems very good as do the nurses who do the vaccines. I am looking forward to things settling a bit and they will raise their game to match others in town.

Do not attempt to contact the pharmacy, even during non-peak times, as no one will answer the phone. You will be subjected to "one moment please" several times. Perhaps cut off and have to , redial (press 3). Go to another pharmacy, like Loblaws pharmacy, to seek health information from a pharmacist with compassion.
